This is one of the breweries we look forward to drinking at the Sake-no-jin every year. When drinking the supernatant, it smells a little bright and has a firm taste with a sweetness that is typical of Koshitanrei. It also has a nice sharpness. When mixed with ori, the mellowness increases dramatically. It has a stable taste and is highly recommended.
Quite a special one as you seldom see Honjozo namazake in the market. This version of Year of Snake sake comes with clear rice taste, clean and crispy style. Also coming with the melon banana namezake taste. An interesting style to try which demonstrate the rice feel!

Koshino Hakugan freshly pressed sake,
A snake label.
In the year of the dragon, we often found and drank sake with names related to dragons, but there are not many sake that are typical of the year of the snake. Incidentally, Sotenbo, which I drank the other day, has a very dry brand called "Jange," which means "a snake escapes.
This one is a freshly squeezed sake with a label named after the Chinese zodiac every year. Hakuda is good luck.
The aroma, very fruity, soft and gorgeous with rice and mochi-like sweetness,
Smooth and elegant with a touch of astringency and acidity.
It has a full-bodied flavor,
The fresh, unique aroma and flavor are unique.
It is dry and crisp,
Delicious!

Normal sake🍶Kuromatsu🌲.
This is the third sake in the Uosen drinking set.
It's a bit heavy and spicy behind the refreshing acidity. A little spicy and heavy behind the refreshing acidity. It's a bit spicy and heavy behind the refreshing acidity. Sashimi with a side dish of sashimi 😋.

Junmai Ginjo🍶Hiyaoroshi✨Niigata Shinnosuke🌾.
The 11th cup of Nagaoka Sake no Jinshin is here.
It is dry and sharp. It may be the spiciest of the day. I think this is the first time I've had Shinnosuke sake rice.
