I have always been curious about this sake. First, let's take a sip. Smells more like candy than fruit. Banana cake, lychee, yogurt, freshly baked pound cake, very ripe peaches. No sign of activity. Concentrated! Concentrated syrup. Tart on the tongue with a good sweetness, ripe fruit like pears, green apples, and some alcohol as when the fruit is quite ripe. Finishes with bitterness, acidity and sweetness and has a long finish. Good and amazing. Power. It's drinkable with a splash. Shake a few times to mix and drink. Rice, milky smell. The rice flavor, sweetness, and sourness of the rice spread out in a flash, and the doburoku, or doburoku, has a fruitiness that surrounds the main rice flavor, and the bitterness comes in and gives it a nice sharpness. The rice is almost completely melted, so it is smooth and refreshing. Delicious! A few days later, after shaking and mixing, it did not separate even after a few hours. It's not so sweet or sour, just enough to give a gentle taste of the ingredients, and it's easy to drink! For those who like that habit, it may be quite insufficient. However, I like it this much better now. Other doburoku seems to take a little more getting used to. The rice mash is not that strong and has a mouthfeel similar to muddy sake. If I am wrong, it may even be easier to drink than the more habitual muddy sake... lol. Combined with the PET bottle container, it felt like Koiwai apple juice. Are my nose and tongue going crazy? The last of the Saga Sake is Ko-Imari Actually I drank 2 kinds of Aizu Homare before Ko-Imari😅 I searched for it and found out that it is an Imari limited sake! The sweetness is quite strong. It's a bit heavy sweetness. I think the sweetness is stronger than other Ko-Imari sake I have had. I would like to drink some raw sake of this if there is such a thing.

I bought a rare pre-natural sake that I was curious about when I saw Mariponnu's post. And it was an active nigori 🌟. It was supposed to be a spouting caution, but the liquid level didn't come up at all and the bottle opened quietly😁. When poured into a glass, it is quite solid and nigori. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's also very juicy and gassy. I thought for a moment that I could drink it quickly and easily after a bath... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. It was a bit like makgeolli, so I served it with kimchi and Korean seaweed and it was a great match 😆😆. I'm sure it would go well with grilled meat too😋.

Tenryo, which I ordered at a meal on my trip. It was a freshly brewed and stored Honjozo brewed with Hidahomare. I usually don't drink Hidahomare, Honjozo, or Nama-Seizou, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to drink it. The color was crystal with a slight yellow tinge. The aroma is quite mild, with mineral and earthy notes. When you drink it, it has a slightly fruity overtone. Next comes a sense of minerality and a hint of sweetness. There is also a slight white ball-like feeling. The acidity is smart and not too assertive. Bitterness appears a little at the end. The lingering aftertaste is pale and slowly fades away with the bitterness. As is typical of honjozo, it has the sake-like flavor that is generally imagined by those who do not normally drink sake, but it is a food sake with a fruity character that is typical of freshly stored sake. It's meant to be served at ryokans, as it goes perfectly with fish, vegetables, and other Japanese dishes!
