If you drink it without the cage, It tastes like lactobacillus and is very sharp 🍶. When you add ori, it tastes less like lactobacillus and more like a fizzy taste 😅. It's a bit strange not to add ori, even though it's an ori-related product 😙 lol

It's a birthday present from my father 🎁. He likes Sake these days, so I get it often. ☺️ I've heard of Kaiun, but this time it's Kai's Kaiun 🍶. This one has a nice umami flavor and is crisp and clean ✨. Delicious 😋.

Nikko Trip 🍁. I went to Kawaji Onsen area 🚗. I used to buy fire-brewed Kirifuri at the roadside station, but I found a fresh one 💡. It's delicious 😋, with a good flavor, acidity, and a tangy, fizzy taste. I had a hard time deciding between the junmai ginjo and daiginjo, but I'm looking forward to my next visit 🍶.

I bought this one on a trip to Tochigi ✨. I was attracted by the limited edition markings 🍶. Slightly fizzy 🫧. It tastes sweet and refreshingly delicious 😋.

A friend of mine got hooked on Huayouyu and went to the brewery to get this souvenir 💡. I heard it was dry, but when I drank it, I felt its umami and sweetness 🍶. I was thinking of different ways to drink it, but I'll end up drinking it cold 😅.

I bought this on a trip to Nikko 🍁. I could still enjoy the autumn leaves, but it's already getting colder and it's time to warm up the sake 🍶. So, unfiltered raw sake ‼️😆 lol I'm still gulping it down from the fridge for dinner at home ☺️ This one is sweet and easy to drink⭐️ It is slightly sparkling 🫧.

I bought this in Toyama ✨. The brewery was closed 😭 This one is a Daiginjo called Nama Sake 🍶. If you look closely, it says aged, so I guess it's the one from last year that's been aged: ⁉️ I can taste the umami and it's crisp 🌈 Easy to drink❗️

It's been a while Harada 🍶. I wanted to drink 😆. This one was made in 2021 and matured for 3 years 😁. It still has a gaseous taste and it's still a little chili on the tongue 👅. It is sweet and delicious ❗️

Travel to Toyama: ⛰️ Purchased at the Manjusen brewery 🍶. Since I was traveling, I ended up with a small Junmai Daiginjo 😅. I guess I should have used a Yongo bottle after all 😁. Very easy to drink 😁.
