Purchased as a souvenir from a trip to Kyushu.
It is a local sake from Kashima, Saga Prefecture.
It is a seasonal product and has a sweet and sour taste with a chiri-chiri-gassiness.

Another sake from Kashima was chosen. This is the first time for me.
This is also a modern type. The aroma comes in softly, but the core comes later. It goes well with cream cheese, too!
Yes, I'm staying in Hakata today😄.

Brewed with a yeast that the 9th generation brewer developed himself while in college. This yeast was found in the Ariake Sea and produces a lot of malic acid (refreshing sourness). This sake is reminiscent of white wine with a harmony of sweetness and acidity.
It is refreshing from the aroma and has no habit of being refreshing all the way through to after drinking. Easy to drink.
We had it with white fish.
Sake series bought in Saga ④.
Nokomi Bloom🌸
A brand that you don't see much in Kanto but frequently in Saga 🍶.
Gorgeous and light, with a pretty pink label to match.
Kashima City is home to Yutoku Inari Shrine, one of the three largest Inari shrines in Japan, as well as a sake brewery street in the Hizen Hamajuku area ✨.
Standard sake 🍶.
This sake was purchased at Yamada Sake Shop in Saga.
I bought only tasake and was asked to buy a local sake from Saga.
I was asked to buy only tasake, so I bought one that can also be warmed up ✨.
Enjoy the rice flavor at room temperature or warmed to human skin 😋.
Saga sake other than Nabesama is also good ✨.
The back of the bottle has a note that reads, "㊟Beware that this sake sometimes has "outliers". Ingredients not disclosed. This brand is said to make only one tank of this sake every year, and the production process is also changed. It has a banana-like aroma with hints of banana. 니슈는 어디지역의 어느 브랜드의 것인지 모르지만 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다. 올해가 가기전에 먹었지만 포스팅하 않은 것들을 올리며 한해를 마감하겠습니다.
I don't know which brand of sake this sake is from, but it was very good. I will end the year by posting what I ate before the year ended but did not post.
