Today we had Koikawa 😀
The aroma is mild🤔It goes in the mouth smoothly 😗The flavor of rice and good acidity 🤔It seems to be a little light and dry, with a good sharpness. I thought it was a sake brewed by a young brewer 🍶´- looking forward to more in the future 😊.
