Today in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It is a low-alcohol (11 degrees Celsius) pink nigori sake. The bottle was opened easily without any bumps and bruises. Pour it into a glass with a dokudoku, or sloshing. It's a continuation of the party with my sister-in-law and her family We bought this at Shijonawate Aeon 300ml ¥677 It took 10 minutes to open the bottle 😓. The one I bought at the brewery on a trip to Hita and laid in the fridge. Sake temperature 12 degrees Celsius Slight aroma of banana. The mouthfeel is refreshing. It has a clean aftertaste without leaving much residue. Very easy to drink The label on the bottle looks like a souvenir from the old days - I wanted to warm it up, so I warmed it up to lukewarm. Sourness comes out and lingers on the finish, but it's still refreshing - not too sweet, but not too dry - this is good! Perfect for an evening drink! And then, heated to 30 degrees Hyuga Very smooth and easy to drink! This is good, but it's lukewarm, so it will cool down if you don't drink it fast - but it was still good 😃.

Purchased at a brewery in Hita City Sake temperature is about 9 degrees Celsius. Almost no aroma. Slightly milky and buttery aroma in the mouth The mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink. As the sake temperature rises, it becomes crisp and refreshing. It is an easy drinking sake. A little more aroma would be nice.

Drinking comfort: Droopy and sweet Miscellaneous impressions I usually don't drink sake, but I got it from the card introducing it in the store. It is a bit thick, but it goes into your body easily. I didn't know this kind of sake existed! It was so fresh!

I bought this bottle after visiting the brewery on a trip to Hita. Sake temperature 6 degrees C. Slight aroma of melon, clean mouthfeel, no acidity or sugar residue on the finish. At 10 degrees Celsius, the aroma changes from melon to a sweet aroma that is typical of the original sake. The mouthfeel is still clear, but soft, and the warmed sake is easy to drink, but there is a subtle hint of glue in the aroma. I wouldn't recommend heating it up. It's easy to drink cold, so I think it will be gone soon. Well, it's 300 bottles, so I finished it...

I was attracted to the beautiful pink color. I was afraid to open it because it had a tag warning me to open the bottle, but it didn't spurt out. It was thick and slightly effervescent. It has a sweet and sour taste with a hint of rice flavor. It was like strawberry calpis or amazake.

The aroma is not spectacular, but it has a unique scent. The taste may seem sweet and sour at first. It has a complex, unique sake flavor on the back of the tongue. The aftertaste is refreshing and certainly good as a food sake. I also feel the freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It has a freshness that is typical of sake made by Kaorucho, and the individuality of the rice is asserted. A good pairing with tsukudani and simmered food: ☺️ I'd like to try it with Iburi ginger too 🎵.

Purchased when I went to see a movie in Hita Sake temperature 8 degrees Celsius The aroma has a hint of melon. Banana aroma on the palate. It has a thick but not sticky aroma. When the temperature exceeds 10 degrees Celsius, the aroma of melon is muffled by the sweet and thick aroma peculiar to sake in its raw state. Dark but soft sweetness Soft mouthfeel for a hara-shu. The subtle chirichiri-ness is also good. It's delicious! Kuncho Brewery is open to the public, and it's fun to look around. There is also a paid tasting - I had to hold back because I was driving there (of course)!
