Today in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It's a continuation of the party with my sister-in-law and her family We bought this at Shijonawate Aeon 300ml ¥677 It took 10 minutes to open the bottle 😓. The sake I wanted to try was at a restaurant I happened to walk into! The refreshing slight effervescence matches the slight sweetness of the cloudy taste, making it a summer sake that I would like to drink chilled after taking a bath.

Polishing ratio 60%, Kame-no-o 14%, Sake degree ±0, 1760 yen The NEXT series seems to be raw sake. Slightly sweet and crisp. This is really delicious, but where can I buy it? bouken-san, excuse me here as well. I have not seen Kaorucho in Fukuoka either. It takes a little over an hour to get to the brewery from Fukuoka, so I haven't seen it except when I bought it at the brewery... 🍶 It is a historical brewery, but it is also a little modern and tasty.

The one I bought at the brewery on a trip to Hita and laid in the fridge. Sake temperature 12 degrees Celsius Slight aroma of banana. The mouthfeel is refreshing. It has a clean aftertaste without leaving much residue. Very easy to drink The label on the bottle looks like a souvenir from the old days - I wanted to warm it up, so I warmed it up to lukewarm. Sourness comes out and lingers on the finish, but it's still refreshing - not too sweet, but not too dry - this is good! Perfect for an evening drink! And then, heated to 30 degrees Hyuga Very smooth and easy to drink! This is good, but it's lukewarm, so it will cool down if you don't drink it fast - but it was still good 😃.

Purchased at a brewery in Hita City Sake temperature is about 9 degrees Celsius. Almost no aroma. Slightly milky and buttery aroma in the mouth The mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink. As the sake temperature rises, it becomes crisp and refreshing. It is an easy drinking sake. A little more aroma would be nice.
