Today we got some Koikawa from Yamagata Prefecture 😀.
Not much aroma 🤔.
It has a smooth mouthfeel and a fresh and dignified flavor 😋 It's sharp and dry 😚.
It's very easy to drink 😆👍✨

This is my second Koikawa 🥳I don't know much about it 😭I think it tastes more on the light and dry side but also has a bit of umami 💦 so I think it would be good as a food sake 🤔.
