Today I got my second hiyaoroshi bottle of Taniizumi from Ishikawa Prefecture 😀 It's my first sake from this brewery 🍶The toji-san seems to be a woman 😀.
The aroma is gentle 😊and when you drink it, the mouthfeel is gentle 😚It has a nice calm flavor and richness 🥰It also has a nice sharpness 🥰It is easy to drink and match with any food 🤩.

I had a hard time deciding between Shirakiku, Sogen, Tani Izumi and Takeba among the hiyaoroshi and chose Shirakiku and Tani Izumi which I have never had before😊It has a sparkling label and is clear with a great flavor 😚.
