This sake called "Ippin" is indeed dry?
It has a unique umami flavor and is delicious!
It has a slight sourness to it.
It also has a sharpness.
I have the image that there are still some great bargains to be found in the sake of Ibaraki Prefecture.
This sake is also my personal favorite!
I was told that this is the sake that Dodgers handles when they serve sake, the sweet sake that Americans like. The aroma was fruity, but the sticky sweetness was not to my liking. ★★★★
Full-bodied, delicious taste
Sweet aroma, thick attack. Full-bodied, umami mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
This sake is served in the VIP room of the Dodgers. I would like to soak in the afterglow while watching Shohei Otani's home run video or something 🤣.
