The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔. I opened it for 2 days and drank it.... It has some kind of sweetness, and it's indescribably rich and delicious 😳. This is what I mean when I say that the taste opens up.
