I went to Kuwana this holiday weekend and found a sake shop that sold a lot of local sake from Mie and bought this sake. It is a summer-only fresh-stored sake. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed by a sour taste and a cool feeling. It was delicious. 2134 yen.

Then, the second one given to me by Uma Uma Uma: ‼️ I opened the bottle thinking that someone had been drinking this Zikkok recently! This one is dry, but it goes well with anything during a meal. It goes great with takowasato (octopus balls) 😋 and it just won't stop!

New brand Jyuseki🪨. Sake rice "Celebration" is also a first🌾. First day. Good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity✨ Second day. Umami is rich and ⤴️ quite thick. It was also delicious heated. I'm not sure if this is a Gekkeikan group company or not. It's an authentic Kyoto-style sake.

Soba Kaiseki at Tachiaigawa Yoshidaya. We opened a bottle of Shinmasa and wanted to drink some more, so we chose a sake from Kyoto with which we have little connection. It is a sake called "Jyuseki. It has a very elegant taste, which is a testament to the rice and water used in Kyoto. It has a soft texture, with a slight sweetness and umami spreading in the mouth, and even though I was drunk on the Shinmasa, the taste remained on my tongue. We paired it with soba noodles, which matched beautifully and complemented the new soba. It was very delicious! (^^)/

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.
