Limited brand of Daishinshu: 🇯🇵 Buy it during your pilgrimage to the Holy Land✨. Only about 10 dealers carry this brand. You can find anything in the Holy Land........ 🤣. The ginjo aroma is green apple 🍏. It's been a long time since I've had a Daishinshu, but we share the same aroma 😤. I wonder if the sake rice is Hitogokochi or Miyamanishiki? (→ later I checked and it was Hitogochiki 😳) The balance of sweetness and umami, and then acidity to finish is perfect🤣.

♪♪♪♪♪ I can't buy so called "Kougetsu" (too expensive!) but I can buy this one so let's imagine "Kougetsu" by drinking it. But you can buy this one, so the purpose is to drink it and imagine "Kougetsu" ← I had trouble writing this out, so I added this reason afterwards😅. Now, I got back on track and had it! Yes, it's delicious 😂! Delicious 😋. I had an image of a classic, but it was modern! Just the type I like😊. So...what is "Kougetsu" like? 🤔←I can't imagine it at all🤣←What is the purpose? 😂 I'm still goofing around 😐. Overall 9 (out of 10) Today is Sake Day (although our family has Sake Day almost every day.... 😅) While participating in Jay & Nobby's black bottle relay, we opened a bottle of this black-bottle type sake that we previously purchased from Daishinshu Sake Brewery😃. According to the description. "characterized by a gorgeous spread of ginkoku (gin aroma) and a full and soft vinous taste." Delicious 😋. As the description says, the main taste at first is the gininess. The taste is then faded out with the addition of a moderate acidity, leaving the fragrance intact 👍. It is refined and has a graceful impression without the cloying taste of rice. It was served chilled. The aroma I felt was 　-Aroma: Ginjo aroma 👍 　-Aroma: Ginjo aroma and some acidity. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) 　-Spiciness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Sweetness: 2 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste 　-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste 　-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 　-Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 　-Rice flavor: 4 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→2 Smaller number = light Bigger number = thicker (5 is the maximum)

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 It's very refined without any cloying taste, so it goes well with western food such as steak, which is a bit strong tasting, without interfering with the taste. The price is also high and I wonder if it's for souvenirs for overseas customers? 😅

A quick review of the 2nd National Sake Breweries' Sake and Talks @ Kyoto Miyako Messe (R6.8.31). Daishinshu from Daishinshu Sake Brewery (Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture). This is Kouzuki's secret recipe. I had had Daishinshu at YOMOYAMA NAGANO the other day, and I knew it was delicious, so I thought I was done with it. However, there was a sake that I did not see the other day (I think), so I had some of it. Kagetsu Hiden is a sake made from unfiltered junmai daiginjo sake for the sake competition. It looks delicious on its own! When I drank it, it was actually awesome! The ginjo aroma is elegant, graceful, and gorgeous without being overly pungent, based on ethyl caproate-based apple and pear aromas. On the palate, the fruity sweetness flows smoothly and softly with no corners at all, and it finishes pleasantly. The lingering aftertaste is pleasant as well as the hint of fragrance. The brewery calls it "Bishu of Heaven's Blessing. It was very delicious. ☺️

Oyama Dungeon Booty. Someone at work said, "I'd like to try another brand of Kagetsu made by a sake brewery in Daishinshu," so I drank it instead.â It is smooth and mellow. It is not sweet and juicy, but it too tasted like condensed rice flavor and was delicious 😋. Nagano sake never fails 😆👍

Polishing ratio 49 The flavor is smooth and mild, and the ginjo aroma comes in at the end. I drink it by itself. I wonder if it is similar to Sharaku Junmai Ginjo. It is delicious. It is my companion for reading at night.
