Purchased at a liquor store Last Saturday we went to Nara for the Toka Festival! I hadn't been to Nara since the Corona disaster, so it was the first time in 5 years 😂There were a lot of people there because it was a holiday, but I'm glad it didn't rain 🔥. I chose Toyoshuku as my Nara sake this time because I've seen it so often that I've never tried it! Cold sake Slightly yellowish Deep ginjo aroma Good width and volume. Astringent aftertaste with a touch of alcohol Fades quickly and has a modest aftertaste.

Purchased at a liquor store I moved from Fukuoka to my parents house in Osaka last weekend! Thank you for taking care of me for about 3 years 😭 I also worked part-time at a liquor store for about a year 😌I got to know many people through sake and learned a lot about sake from the brewery staff 🍶. Lastly, I bought this sake at my old place before I moved here. Cold sake Light but deep ginjo aroma. Light but gradually expanding in volume It has the sweetness characteristic of Saganohana and the umami of Yamadanishiki. It goes well with dishes with a lot of flavor.

I was at a liquor store last week and saw a tasting of Kanpokuto on sale, so I bought it! I was attracted by the word "limited edition" lol Cold sake. Aroma of roasted white beans and roast-like aroma. It goes in quickly, but the rounded umami flavor comes quickly and smoothly. It has a dry finish, but the aftertaste is sharp and clean. It is a somewhat voluminous sake.

Purchased at a sake shop It was recommended to me by a person I used to know at a sake bar. Cold sake Rich, biscuit-like aroma. Light and round, with a little bit of roundness. It has been aged for a while, but it doesn't have a matured feel to it. Personally, I prefer Tochigi sake with a strong umami taste to sweet sake with acidity.

I bought it at a nearby donki on the way home from the Hakata Gion Festival last year and let it sit for a year... I finally noticed it during this year's Hakata Gion Festival and opened the bottle💦. Cold sake Subdued aroma Smooth on the palate Mildly sweet with an impressive sour aftertaste. It has a strong taste and goes well with sweet and salty baby star chicken flavor.

Purchased at a liquor store I was told that Harushika made a sake brewed with Jushinmu. The owner said it might be only available this season. Cold sake The aroma is gorgeous, like the acidity of bananas. Glamorous taste with a slight astringent aftertaste. Harushika's characteristic sweetness is present. There is also the sweetness of Jukinmu. It is a rich sweet sake with a long aftertaste.

As with one previous post, purchased on a trip to Nagasaki. Sunday: visit Glover Garden and other city sights, then Inasayama Kanko Hotel On Monday, we went to Nagasaki Bio Park. Before returning to Fukuoka, I bought some collaboration sake at Sake Hirado Koya near Nagasaki Station! Cold sake. Nutty and mellow aroma. Big-boned flavor that you can taste right from the start. Slightly coarse. Slightly sweet aftertaste It seems to go well with flavorful fish dishes. It has been a long time since I drank a rich sweet sake.

From last Saturday to yesterday, I went on a three-day trip to Nagasaki. The first day we went to Fukue Island in the Goto Islands 🚢. We visited the Goto Tsubaki distillery where they make Gotogin 😆. First of all, the sea is too beautiful... and the fish is delicious 🐟. We also visited the holy place of the anime that takes place on Fukue Island and stayed overnight 😊. We bought our sake at a liquor store near Nagasaki station. I bought it at the same liquor store 2 years ago on my last trip to Nagasaki! Cold sake. Aroma of dried grapes with a slight yogurt flavor. Smooth and structured mouthfeel. Slightly astringent from the mid-palate to the finish. Seems to go well with strong flavored food.

Purchased during a previous visit to a liquor store in Kumamoto First brand Another brand, Sabadesh, is more famous. Cold sake Ripe aroma Surprisingly classical and somewhat mellow. You can taste the umami of the rice and the sharpness is crisp and clean. The astringent aftertaste is also good. It seems to go well with stamina food. It can also be served warmed 🍶.

Aroma of white grapes This calm taste is unique to Hakurakusei 🤩. but the acidity in the aftertaste stands out I don't know if the acidity and aftertaste of Hakurakusei is like this 🧐. The fade-out is very delicate but the aftertaste is long.
