Sake purchased at a sake brewery continues 😌. I stopped by when I was passing through Iwade City last month! The fourth picture is of Shippotakiji temple 🙏, a hidden spot in Osaka that I stopped by on the way home. Cold sake. Slightly clear yellow Aroma of nuts, mushrooms, and koshinko Light but rounded umami and astringency Good sharpness in the aftertaste with a slightly short aftertaste

Last week, we went on a brewery tour of Kawatake Brewery, which brews Shiki and Kawabu. The representative we spoke with at the National Sake Fair was kind enough to meet us! Last Sunday I went to the Saijo Sake Festival in Hiroshima. This is the second time I attended the festival after last year! First, we went on a paid tour of the Saijotsuru Sake Brewery. First visit to the liquor store in three years. I'd seen it on the news for a while and was curious to know that Senpyo had just arrived. I had it cold. Floral aroma with hints of white bean flour and sour cream. Smooth on the palate with just the right amount of sweetness. Full acidity and astringent aftertaste. The aftertaste is rather short. The more you drink, the stronger the acidity seems to come out.

I bought this when I went to Shizuoka to visit my grandmother during Obon! It's a new brewery in Shizuoka that was reborn this year! Cold sake! Aroma of banana and ripe fruits. Light and refreshing! Dry aftertaste with acidity I found out that Ogawa yeast is used. The aroma was light but gorgeous.

Purchased at a liquor store while living in Fukuoka The temperature has dropped a bit and it's cooler now, so I'm in the mood for a hot sake. My first brand of Tamasakura! Hot sake. Moderate aroma. Very sharp Astringent but with a clean aftertaste. Pale outline gives the impression of being gently enveloped. Seems to be good even when heated to a very high temperature.

To the Takashimaya Sake Festival Thank you for letting me join you, Nemuchi 😊. It was an exciting day to learn about many brands and types of sake that I had never tried before 😄. I was curious about Kinryo, which was recommended by a person I met at a sake bar, so I bought it! Cold sake Oily and floral aroma with a hint of acidity Fresh and fruity aroma. Light and well-balanced sweetness and acidity. The volume of rice flavor is well balanced. Junmai is less light than junmai ginjo, but the umami is more intense.
