The commemorative 800th check-in is Ura-nabeshima 😊. It used to be sold together with Koshi. Cold sake Slightly fruity aroma, maybe a bit reserved for Nabeshima. The gasiness is very strong. A wide range of rice flavor and concentrated acidity spreads from the mid-palate. This range may be due to the blending of various junmai ginjo varieties. Personally, I think it has a strong Omachi element.

I bought this when I visited my grandmother in Shizuoka. The clerk told me that they don't distribute much outside of the prefecture. Nutty and nutty aroma Nutty aroma Slight yellow color High alcohol content and thick volume. The astringency comes afterwards and the spiciness cuts through quickly. The aftertaste is short.

This is my first time to try this brand. It is often introduced in sake specials in magazines 🤔. Cat label 🐈🐱! Cold sake Mellow aroma of banana, slight graininess. Light at the beginning, but gradually the acidity and astringency spread. Some honey-like flavors linger on the palate.

First visit to a small liquor store in Fukuoka that opened 6 months ago💨. Long time no see, first time for the Oubai and MACHO series! The label is impressive 💪. Hiyade Ripe melon-like aroma. Chilliness and gassiness on opening. Smooth on the palate, gradually expanding in volume. There is a slight sweetness from the rice. Slightly long finish.

I got a delivery I don't remember from the month before last 👀. I opened it and found that I had won a drawing for a sake giveaway campaign that I often see on sake POP around September 🎉. It was a long time since I've had a bottle of Ayagiku 😁. Cold sake Oily aroma Smooth mouthfeel More mellow than mellow Finishes cleanly. I was entering at least once a week because there was no limit on the number of receipts for a total of 3000 yen or more sake purchases 😅. I bought sake from different regions, but I'm glad the one I received wasn't the brand I bought 🤣.

Purchased at Oto Sake Shop when I stopped by Saga for a sake seminar last month! There was a corner bar and the manager was very chatty and we had a lot of sake talk 😊. Since I stopped by on my way home from the seminar, the proprietress of Motoyama Shoten, who brews Motomine Tsuru, was there on my way back from the same seminar and we had a nice little chat 😆. I purchased my first brand of Koganezawa. I personally consider it one of the rarest brands among the Dateseven brands, and this was the first time I saw it at the liquor store! Cold sake. Aroma with a rich sourness like cheese. The freshness of the nama sake and the core of yamahai from the middle part of the bottle give it a thick richness. It is not a peculiar Yamahai, but a gentle and mellow type of Yamahai.

Purchased at liquor store Benten Musume after a long time Hot sake warms you up when it's cold 🍶. at a low temperature Nutty aroma Gentle acidity Dry aftertaste that I think of as dry, with a lingering aftertaste that quickly disappears. As the label on the back of the bottle says, it should be served hot. The flavor expands quickly and instantly. The aftertaste is short just like the hiya. We definitely recommend heating it up!

Purchased at a liquor store I bought this for Setsubun, looking for a sake to go with ehomaki rolls 👹🫘. It is the first brand of Hirotogawa, which I have the impression has a very high rating in other postings. Cold sake. The aroma is subdued. Not flashy, modest, but smart, an honor student, definitely not a committee chair or a leader of the class! That's the image I had in mind. Calm taste, well-balanced rice flavor and body. Very good as a food sake

Purchased at the main store of Kintetsu Department Store Like the previous post, this one was also brought to the Victoria meeting in Jiran to open the bottle. Hiyade Aroma of cereals Mellow rice flavor and good richness The complex taste with good umami, astringency and bitterness, which is a characteristic of Osaka sake, is still there! We got together with our sake friends, pooled our money, and held a Victoria's party for Tobiraman! The first premium sake of Tobiran polished to 2.5% rice ratio! We tried to find out how much demand there is for sake polished to the limit these days. Cold Sake Overwhelming transparency There is a slight sweetness that is typical of Tobiraman. Purchased at a liquor store I stopped by Liquor Shop Sakae near Hou for the first time! This is the first brand of So-no-Sato, which is often seen in supermarkets in Osaka! Cold sake Deep caramel-like aroma. Mellow sweetness. It is a very strong sake at the beginning 👊 you get used to it as you go along. The thickness of the backbone is a characteristic of Osaka sake. It tastes just as good with konamono (flour based food) such as takoyaki (octopus dumplings) and okonomiyaki (okonomiyaki).

Buy at Sake Bars Sake Mine is a famous upscale sake bar in Fukuoka. Since they were certified to sell sake at the time of the Corona disaster, they also have a liquor store aspect to their business! Sake Bar Sake Mine has Tagaji, Koshiho, Sankan, Kaorucho, Usu, Setoichi, etc., which are rarely seen in the prefecture! Last week, Kawazawa Shuzo, a sake brewery established last year in Kochi, started selling "Yama ni Kumo ga Yama" (Clouds in the Mountains)! They are the first distributor outside of Kochi Prefecture! Cold sake Apple-like aroma 🍎. Slightly gassy The taste is full of sweetness and acidity like apples and pineapples. However, it may not be as rich and voluptuous as Kameizumi or Kaygetsu's cel24. The sharpness and lingering taste are moderate. The owner told me that the toji of Kawazawa Brewery was the former toji of Kameizumi Brewery, which brews Kameizumi.
