Asahi chrysanthemum after a long time It has been 4 months since I returned to Osaka from Fukuoka, but there are times when I suddenly miss 🥺. Cold sake Fresh muscat-like fruity aroma. My father went fishing in Chita Peninsula, so I bought this as a souvenir. This is the local label of Shikai-O, which I bought when I went to Toyohashi for an anime sanctuary pilgrimage before. At room temperature Slight aroma of rice. Smooth mouthfeel with a gentle acidity that sharply cuts the aftertaste. Overall, easy to drink with no tugging.

I went to Ise Jingu Shrine for the first time in 6 years before visiting Kawatake Brewery the month before last. I also visited Morishita Sake Shop and finally purchased the back series of PB that I was interested in 😊. Cold sake. Aroma is subdued Skeletal and hard texture Full-bodied with depth, the finish is tightened by a gentle acidity. Slightly refreshing, but with plenty of umami.

Purchased at a liquor store First time to buy Shinomine's Rokumaru series Cold sake. Aroma of apple acidity, with a hint of strawberry milk sweetness. Gentle on the palate Moderately juicy flavor. The aftertaste is smooth with a bitterness due to nigori (bitterness caused by nigori). Like Mimuro Sugi, I think Nanaroh is characterized by its modest volume and acidity in the aftertaste 🧐.

Purchased on the way back from a visit to the Sakurao Distillery last month I've been wanting to visit Yamatoya Sake Brewery for a long time, and they had a lot of PB sake! There were so many PB sake from Yamada Sake Brewery that I've been wanting to go there for a long time 👀. Here is one of them, my first brand! Cold sake! Slight aroma of white grapes Smooth on the palate The sweetness on the tongue is typical of Hiroshima sake (from the Seto Inland Sea). The acidity is a little stimulating and the aftertaste is sharp.

Drove to Akirika Sake Brewery on my day off last week 🚗. First time in Nose town, very peaceful 🚗 ☺️ On the way back, we went to Mt. Myoken💨The fallen leaves were so beautiful! At room temperature Freshly cooked rice, aroma of apricot bean curd It is rather soft in the mouth. Akirika's unique acidity is light... although it is high at 2.1 compared to the average acidity of 1.3-1.5 for sake as a whole 😅. Impressive aftertaste with a sharpness and alcoholic strength due to the original sake

Purchased at a sake shop The first brand Asahi Ei was introduced on a Japanese Sake TV program on BS. Asahi Ei, the first sake brand, was introduced on a Japanese Sake TV program on BS before. Cold sake. Slightly subdued aroma like white peaches. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink. Slightly acidic with a moderate umami. Last week I took a day trip to visit the Sakurao distillery in Hiroshima. I bought a bottle of sake at the distillery, not whiskey... 😂. And I finally got to go to Miyajima on my third visit to Hiroshima - I think people who go to Saijo on their first or second visit to Hiroshima are pretty much sake drinkers...or sake lovers 🤪. Cold sake Ripe fruit aroma, floral aroma too. Gentle sweetness with a crisp aftertaste. Slightly hardness. The alcohol content is slightly higher than indicated.

Purchased at Senboku Takashimaya I was looking for a sake for warming up and this is my first grandchild in a long time! At room temperature. Aroma of white powder and chestnuts. Smooth on the palate with a gentle richness from the yeast. When heated, the acidity of the yeast yeast mellows out and balances out the umami.

Purchased last month when I went to Kobe on an errand. I was curious about Nada Kiku because it was introduced in a sake magazine. I thought it was Nada Gogo, but it turned out to be a Harima sake 🤣The sake name was taken from Nada of Harimanada. Cold sake Aroma of sour cream The first sip had a slightly voluminous umami and astringent taste with a sharpness that cut right through, but as the meal progressed, it became more and more light and refreshing. No hardness or blurriness on the palate.

Last month I took a drive to Terauchi-machi in Tondabayashi. On the way home, I stopped by Saijo Goushi Kaisha, which brews Amano sake. Amano sake is brewed only at the brewery. Last Sunday, my friends and I went on a foliage tour to see the changing leaves of autumn 🍁. We went to Muroji Temple and Akame 48 Waterfalls in Nara. It was nice because it was hard to get there without a car and there were not many crowds 😄. On the way back home, I went to Takihama Sake Brewery, which is open on holidays 😊. Last month, I bought some Niigata sake at the Abeno Harukas main store of Kintetsu Department Store, where there was a sake event! I had never had a chance to drink sake before. I heard in a timely manner that the brewer visited a sake bar owned by an acquaintance of mine, so I bought it! Cold sake Slightly yellow in color. Floral, dense, mineral aroma.
