Purchased at a tasting and sale at a liquor store Mr. Nonaka, the president of the company, was there so I heard a lot of stories 😆. There were a lot of extras (?) I also received a bromide of the president that I made a few years ago (photo is on the back) 🤭. I heard that a sake event originally held in Tokyo will be held in Osaka next month due to the Expo. I heard that Azumatsuru will be there too, so I might go there on my way back home 🤔. Cold sake Sweet and sour aroma The taste is gentle, not lumpy, and it's made from a traditional sake yeast stock. Less juicy and gorgeous than other limited edition sake. but there is a hint of sweetness that is typical of Azumatsuru.

On the 25th and 26th, the Ko-Imari Sake Brewery, which brews Mae I was told about it by the president and the brewer whom I met before for some reason, but.... I overslept and went to the brewery in a rented car. I left the place only to buy limited sake and say hello to the brewer... Cold sake Slight aroma It's gassy but very subtle. I personally feel it is more powerful than the previous series, probably due to the fact that it is a draft sake. It has an astringent taste compared to the light nigori Esperanza. It can be easily enjoyed on its own, so be careful not to get drunk. ⚠️

Purchased at the annual Akita tasting and sale at the Kita-Tohoku Antenna Shop I got a brand I had never seen before from the Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, which brews Isshaku Suisei. Cold sake Just the right amount of ginjo aroma. Soft on the palate and easy to drink. Slight sweetness spreads. Slightly sweet on the palate with a refreshing finish

Purchased at the brewery openings of Mitsui no Kotobuki (Mitsui's Kotobuki), Yamaguchi Shuzo (Garden no Uguisu), and Yamanotoshi (Kotobuki's Mountain Longevity) held on the 20th 😁. Mitsui no Kotobuki is a very dry slam dunk label raw sake ver. The back label is torn due to condensation💦. Cold sake Slightly subdued ginjo aroma. Slightly refreshing at first. Later on, it has a thick, structured flavor characteristic of the original sake. The aftertaste is refreshing. Because the alcohol content is 18%, you can directly feel the strength of the alcohol. Compared to the regular "Dai-harakuchi" sake, the width of this sake is thicker.

I bought it at an antenna store in the north-tohoku area. I looked at it carefully and found out that it is an Akita limited edition sake. At room temperature. Subdued aroma Smooth on the palate.
