Purchased at a liquor store in Miharu-cho, where I stopped by when I went to ride the Ban-Etsu East Line last November.
It is the flagship brand of this brewery, brewed with local sake rice Gohyakumangoku.
The sweetness spreads on the palate as soon as you drink it. I felt it was a little too sweet right after opening it, so I left it in the refrigerator for a month and drank it again after a long time, and it settled down just right.

Today, I bought Miharu-koma at my youngest brother's workplace after getting information that it was available at a reasonable price!
First Shibori! The aroma is fresh like melon but mild 😄The taste is mildly sweet and refreshing. The sweetness is mild and refreshing, and the acidity and bitterness are moderate and firm. Easy to drink like water. It goes well with any meal! The flavor and sweetness are nice and delicious! It's delicious this time of year when sake is heated.
Jay & Nobby Good evening😄My youngest brother knows I love sake so he told me about it (lol) It's a great place to work!
It tastes so good too😊I will ask for it again😊.
This is the sake I received. It is dry and when you drink it, the back of your throat feels kind of hot. It has a refreshing aftertaste, and I think it is a sake that goes well with meals.
It has a gentle rummy-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is sweet.
The spiciness comes in, followed by a rich umami flavor. A slight bitterness rounds out the aftertaste.
Easy to drink, this is a very well put together sake.
It is easy to drink and very well put together,
but it would also be good warmed up.
It was well paired with egg rolls and wakame seaweed tsukudani.
The regional character of the area is evident and very interesting.
Fukushima is delicious.
Miharu Sake Brewery was having a tasting at a roadside station in Fukushima, so I bought this one after drinking a variety.
This sake was made by polishing the rice from Miharu (386) to 38.6%.
At the time of the tasting, the 386 seemed the most refreshing because of all the sweet sake, but when I went home and drank this one slowly, the gentle taste left a lingering sweet and umami taste.
However, the quiet, reserved, and cool impression I had when tasting it remains unchanged.
Note to self: If you want to put a CV on it, it is Yumaso.

I opened a bottle of this one that I got at a product exhibition at a train station during a business trip to Sendai😋.
It doesn't have much aroma, but you can taste the sweetness and rice flavor. Sendai station house has various product exhibitions every season - I always go around and head to the ticket gate 😁😁😁.
