I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

The pear 🍐-like aroma, slight fizziness, sweet and fruity attack, and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, the Machida Brewery's characteristics are still intact. It has a gorgeous taste, and I don't have the palate to comment on the differences from the Machida Brewery in my memory😅. At home. First Hiroshima, first Saijotsuru. The aroma seems to have a strong alcohol feeling. The sourness spreads in the mouth, and the sweetness comes a little later. Tonight, we paired this first sake with Japanese food for dinner. Saijotsuru Jun Dai Black Label Hibi Seishin Nakadori Nama Sake✨. I have not had much luck with Hiroshima sake so far, but I hope this will be a new encounter for you: ☺️ I've never had much luck with Hiroshima sake, but I'm hoping to meet some new people. Is Tachika a characteristic of the rice? Is it the yeast? The aroma is not so strong, but it is a bit of a "chemi" aroma. The taste has the fresh acidity and clear quality of Nakadori Nama-shu, with soft fruit flavors of muscat and lychee, and finishes crisply with a dry taste with a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half. It is perfect as a food sake and does not interfere with meals, but it is also delicious when drunk on its own 😋.

A bottle of melon-flavored sake that was recommended to me when I asked the liquor store if they had any melon- or banana-flavored sake. It has been a little while since I have had Abu-no-Tsuru itself, but I am glad I did because I have been wanting to drink it! Ah, so this is the melon type. I'm becoming more and more unable to distinguish it from the pineapple type, and my tongue is getting more and more stupid, but it is indeed melon-type, lol, lol, lol. The third day was a good time to relax, or rather, the tropical aroma was a little lessened, and the taste was well-balanced and amazingly delicious! From the moment you take a sip, the aroma comes in and the umami gradually expands, then the sweetness like Andes melon expands, then the umami fades gently with the sourness, and finally the bitterness comes out gradually. Bouken-san told me about it before, and I've become a fan of Watashibune's new sake 😚. But it's made with 100% short-stemmed Watashibune. I think this brand is as good as my favorite Genmai which I opened just before. The aroma is like a grape🍇, and in the mouth you can feel a very thin gas and a gentle sweetness. The aroma and taste are well integrated, and the transparent flavor fades out with a slight bitterness, which is brilliant 😆. Today I paired it with a yose-nabe with agaric broth, and the complex broth of the seafood and the flavor of this sake matched so strangely that I could really linger and eat and drink forever... It's still Monday, so I had to call it quits 😅.
