OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023(´¦)
Very sharp and refreshing, a dry sake with a thick body that is not light.
A junmai sake that tastes great chilled.
No strong character, but good for everyday drinking
I imagined that Frog's ginjo-nama-zake next to it would also be good, but my weak liver stopped screaming and I gave up on it!
