Sake received at the Sake World Summit. This sake is brewed with Ginbukiyo sake produced in Shiga Prefecture. The acidity and umami of the sake are well intertwined with each other. It was a delicious sake. It is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. My wine-loving friend who accompanied me also accepted the taste of this sake made from the sake's "nama-hashiroshi" (sake brewed from the same yeast as the original yeast).

Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋.
