We got the Nikko Honor that was given to us 10 years ago for our 339th wedding anniversary ✨.
I was told that Yumesasara and Omachi were newly released recently, and after smelling the aroma, I decided on the Yumesasara.
The Omachi one seemed to have a lot of sourness 🤔.
The aroma is light 🍈 and you can taste a hint of umami in the mouth, but soon the bitterness or astringency comes and it's dry. The astringency comes and it's dry ✨Clean aftertaste🍀.
Delicious 😊Liked it 🥰.
To be honest, I used to buy it because "I drank it at a wedding", but this one I want to repeat just for the taste! I'm also interested in the Omachi 😋.

This Sake has a syrupy mouth feel. There is a strong umami flavor with apple and a hint of wood. The acidity is high and finish is long and refreshing. The combination of sensations are new to me and makes this Sake interesting and fun to drink.
