Tenka It's still good! Unfiltered raw sake, the sound of air escaping when the bottle is opened. Was the yeast still working? The aroma and taste are both fruity! I'm glad to have met this limited release!

I bought this on a business trip to Hachinohe. Apparently Jozu is a sake made with rice grown by Hachinohe Institute of Technology and Shimamori area citizens. It's refreshing and easy to drink. Delicious! I'm drinking it with a side of salmon and rice. It's a great combination and I'm happy! This salmon and tofu is very hard to find...

Stop by on your way home from a business trip for a sake tasting set Top left Sakura Tokubetsu Junmai Sake with a lot of gusto! It's very strong! Top right Tenjo Yumegen Mild sweetness. Bottom left Koganezawa Junmai Ginjo Cold Wholesale The sweet melon-like aroma lingers in the aftertaste. Yum! Bottom right. Hideshiyoshi Tokubetsu Junmai Hiyahiroshi! Another delicious sake with good balance!

I thought it would be sweet since it's called Rich Sweet, but I guess not. Sake level: -10, but it doesn't seem that sweet. It's refreshing. I think I like regular mansaku no hana better.

Long time no post Sake Tasting Set Aizu Nakasyo Summer Limited Edition Ginjo-shu Slightly sweet and refreshing I like it Kakuemon Junmai Ginjo Shirokuma Kikkiri, slightly spicy. I like this one too Tenjo Mugen Junmai Ginjyo Summer Sake Slightly sweet I like Tenjomugen. Koganezawa Summer Sake Tama Hibiki Sweet and easy to drink Maybe the best hit of today's sake tasting set! I chose 3 different kinds and got one as a freebie, but I liked the freebie the best lol!

Sake Event #3 Last Yamato Shizuku Clean and easy to drink I like it Sakuta First time for Sakuta Junmai Ginjo, easy to drink and delicious Form Omachi Sweet, delicious like I went with a friend, so we compared each other's drinks, so we actually drank a few more kinds. My friend said Tenjo Yumegen, Shoun Kinryu and Hamachidori were good.

Sake Event Part 2 Rainfall Easy to drink and Swiss drinkable. If you like Shichiroubei It seems to be aged for 3 years. It's like an old sake, very strong. Not my favorite. Shin Tsuchida Polishing ratio is 90%. Solid taste, don't dislike it Koei Kiku Clean and slurpable I like it

I went to a sake event. Drink in cups of about 30ml I vaguely remember, but record HANA-MURA Amai, umeme, I like it IDEHA Sake from a brewery that produces Harukasumi, etc. A little sour Good, I like it! Kurogyu It's a little heavy.
