The aroma is faint, but the nose is a bit.
Taste like Daiginjo
Sweet and delicious!
Hamachidori also has something like this.

Annual 2-night 3-day New Year's party with a group of friends🎍(*late)
The first part of the party was held at "Ajisei" in Morioka.
I got this one warmed up, too.
It goes with octopus grilled on the grill like it's the end of the world😇
I think it's going to be a trend to have spicy sake heated up and served with seafood! (*in my opinion).
I had a lot of other drinks, but I couldn't take a picture of the bottles, so I gave up on checking in according to my rule 😢.
(*There are so many sake that I have given up, I might forget if I don't make a note of them in a separate entry...)
Good evening! 🙋
It's the middle of March and the sun is setting slower and slower.
Personally, I am very happy to feel that the day is getting longer. 😄
Now, continuing with the "Stories Born of Sake Rice" that took place the other day at Metropolitan Morioka's Tsai-Itsuru.
The third sake was Hamachidori Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Nama Storage Sake).
This junmai is made by cutting 55% of the Ginga Ginga.
It is a little sweet, but it goes in very nicely.
When it comes out in a small bottle, it looks like some kind of all-you-can-drink sake. But it has a nice, clean taste.
We enjoyed it with a variety of appetizers. 👍
Soft rice flavor and sweetness
Low alcohol content.
Soft and full-bodied
When the bottle was opened
It was a little unsatisfactory when opened.
But after a week
It has a different flavor and a different impression.
Alcohol 15%.
Rice polishing ratio 55% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice

Miscellaneous impressions
I went to a live concert, and the band member told me that he was thinking about the fires in Tohoku, so I poured a glass of sake from Kamaishi, Iwate, which I happened to have at home.
It is nice to drink sake while thinking of Tohoku.
My favorite #Hamachidori. I think 3 years ago, the rice was changed from Miyamanishiki to Ginga. It is still delicious, but I have an image that it has changed from rich and umami to light and refreshing. I think I'll let it sit in the fridge for a while.
It is called "All Iwate Sake."
I bought it during my trip to Iwate. I think buying local sake at the local liquor store is one of the best parts of traveling.
It definitely goes well with Sanriku foods (especially seafood).
