Home drinking.
Stopped by the brewery and tasted it before buying it.
There was also an Omachi version, but I liked Yumesasara better, so I bought this one.
You can see the Ferris wheel (🎡) on the roof of a nearby supermarket from the front gate of the brewery. It's a nice 👍.
Sake.
100% Yumesasara rice produced in Tochigi
The color is clear.
Smell is faint 🌬️
The taste is a skimpy sweetness.
The unique sweetness makes it difficult to compare to a fruit 😓.
It exudes a sense of hackles.
The mouthfeel is supple like soft water💧.
The ginjo aroma is rich and refreshing with a sense of passing through the nose.
The sake has both a clear, light image and a mild softness 🍶.

Hi Hiro 😃
I see you went to the brewery 🤗.
I tend to think it's a classic type of sake from the brand name and appearance. I tend to think it's a classic type from the brand and appearance, but it's just as delicious as you wrote 😚.

Hello Jay & Nobby, ☀️
We visited two nearby breweries as well, so we are very satisfied with our hobby of brewery tours 😆.
We bought the most delicious Yumesasara Nikko Honor as a souvenir ❗️
I had a great time in Tochigi☺️
