Purchased at a souvenir shop as a souvenir of a trip to Nikko.
It is a local sake of Nikko.
After returning home to Tokyo, I soaked up the aftermath of my trip.
On the second day, I visited Toshogu Shrine and other shrines and temples.
I drank it well chilled.
The aroma is subdued.
It is slightly aromatic and dry, with a long aftertaste and good acidity.
Well balanced and delicious.
