Infinite train 🚂💨
It wasn't, SL Taiki's cup of sake 🍶.
Instead of the usual cup! I bought it 😆.
It is different from the Nikko Honor from the other day, it has a slight sweetness with a hint of rice and a refreshing taste.
It does not have many characteristics, but it is a delicious sake☺.
I only had one glass, so I had it cold for now, but it looks good heated 🙆.
Nikko trip purchases: ✈️
It has a firm, full-bodied Junmai type flavor with a slight dryness.
It is a little dry with a refreshing flavor of "Gohyakumangoku".
I thought I should have bought the Yumesasara Nikko Honor, which is made from Tochigi Prefecture's sake brewing rice, if I had gone through the trouble 😂💭.
(although it seems that Gohyakumangoku is also produced in Tochigi prefecture)
Hello, Mayoko 😃.
Welcome to Nikko🤗
We got the dream sarara for you at Kiri number 😋 How about visiting Utsunomiya next time to eat gyoza🥟 and visit a liquor store 😄.
It's been a long time since I've had a fresh sake
A souvenir from Tochigi by my sister-in-law.
Slightly carbonated raw sake!
My brother-in-law said, "A 0% ratio means that 100-00% of the rice has been cut. (-△% means ginjo, and daiginjo means...)"
Sister-in-law "Wow. I like watery sake. What kind of sake is it?
Brother-in-law: "..."
My brother-in-law was still in training.

Nikko is Imaichi, the first Nikko Honor by Sahei Watanabe!
After Aizu Homare, you are now a Homare hunter?
I went to Nikko with my family 🐒.
I didn't know that Watanabe Sahei-san is across the street from Nikko Roadside Station 😂.
I really wanted to go to the sake brewery, but I cried and bought some at the roadside station 😫.
Soft aroma, refreshing sweetness that feels like a summer sake.
At first, it had a slight al? or brewed sake? but it is junmai ginjo☺.
It tastes great cold, but I knew it was alu-feeling😃.
The closer you get to room temperature, the softer and smoother the texture and sweetness.
What can I say, it was delicious 😆.
Good morning, Yasusake 😃.
Did the honor hunters have a blast? I'm not sure 🤩.
And Nikko Honor. This cool label and bottle is just like a summer sake ❗️ It also seems to be for room temperature, which is quite connoisseur 😆.
Hi Yasusake!
Let's make a "Honor Hunter😎" T-shirt at ‼️ so we can never go back 🤗Nikko Honor was our number 500! I work in Imaichi, but I've never been there 😅.
Hello, Hiro-san!
Honor hunter,, I can't do it (lol).
Masamune Tsugu, please 😫.
The Nikko Honor is a very summery sake from the outside! It was my first time to try it and I enjoyed it👍.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
I was able to do it because the honors kept coming lol and the title of hunter is too heavy for me... 😫.
I will enjoy it steadily 😁.
I haven't been to Imaichi in a while, but I will explore the Nikko area again✋.
Hi Yasusake😄
I'm sure you'll have a great time in Nikko with your family 🤗.
We Tochigi residents can go there in a flash 🤗.
I've been to Nikko more times than I can count, but I haven't visited a sake brewery yet 😙Touring sake breweries is definitely a lot of fun 😊♪
Good evening, Tsubu-chan!
It was really just a wander, and I was in Nikko in the afternoon lol.
I'd love to visit various breweries 😄
I've visited many times in the past but they were closed 😅and all of them were outside of the prefecture 😭I guess you have to do your research 💦.
I'll take some as a souvenir 🍶🤤.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a mild mouthfeel, and is well-balanced as a food sake.
100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 45
Alcohol content 15.7
Limited edition sake purchased at Watanabe Sahei Shoten in Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture. The store was an old and austere store attached to a sake brewery.
Because it is a limited edition sake, they only distribute it within Tochigi prefecture. It is a precious sake!
And it is delicious! It may be the best sake I have ever tasted.
It is sweet in the mouth, but after that, it cuts through. It seems to go well with any meal. I might buy it again while it is available by mail order.
Good morning, daddy Haru😃!
Here we got it a year ago at the kilometer number 😋 delicious 🤗Ah! I noticed you have over 100 🎉Congratulations on going over ‼️100
(^▽^)o🍶🍶🍶🍶
GW trip to Tochigi
On the way back from Nikko Toshogu Shrine, we visited the brewery, Watanabe Sahei Shoten. The sake is brewed with Yumesasara, a sake rice produced in Tochigi Prefecture 😀.
The aroma is soft and not too gorgeous 😊The taste in the mouth is elegant and beautifully sweet and umami 😋The aftertaste disappears smoothly and neatly 😚 It is a delicious sake 🥳.
The fourth picture is pickled burdock root in tamari that I bought at the roadside station across from the brewery. It's just the right snack for sake 😇I should have bought more 😭.
Good morning, Manachy 😀 I bought some pickled cheese🧀 tamari 😚👍I ate it as soon as I got back from Tochigi 😋I ate it before taking a picture 🤣it was delicious😊.
At a ryokan in Nikko. The next day, I asked at a liquor store about it and was told that it is only available at local inns and restaurants and is not sold outside of the prefecture.
It was so easy to drink that I finished it quickly!
Jay & Nobby.
Thank you!!! 😀
Unfortunately, it was raining, but we were able to see the majestic Toshogu Shrine and enjoyed it to the fullest.
I bought some Nikko sake as a souvenir separately. I will update this page when I open it again.
