Glossy yellowish clear, with aromas of cooked rice, soy sauce, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with a firm acidity and a rather long finish.
The 8th bottle of loot opened was a local Nikko Honor.

Nikkohomare Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Yumesasara
We tasted this at the "Traveling SAKE" event held at Hankyu Department Store a long time ago, and bought it because it was delicious.
It has become my favorite sake, and I am very fond of the sake rice "Yumesasara".
The aroma is fresh, and it is said that it tends to have a full-bodied flavor.
We will drink it cold.
The nose has a mild apple-like aroma with a hint of alkaloa in the back.
The mouthfeel is clear and refreshing...but then the umami flavor swells in the mouth.
The sweetness is not so much felt on the tongue, but the aroma that passes through the nose when swallowing is fruity, and the sweetness spreads a little.
It also has a tingling sensation like a raw sake, and I thought it might be a bit dry, but it has a Sake meter rating of +1, making it perfect for a mealtime sake👍.

When I went around the booth, there was no one from the brewery.
The sales person was from Hankyu Department Store, but she gave us a very good service, not only giving us a brief description of the sales points and characteristics, but also her own impression of the sake.
The taste, well, it tastes like earth.

It has a classical yet elegant taste.

After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty.
We compared Yumesasara and Omachi.
I had a preconceived notion that Omachi would be tastier, but I found Omachi to be too strong and subtle.
Yumesasara was delicious, so I bought it.

Nikko Homare was more like Yumesasara.
I bought Nikko Homare because it was juicy and tasty.
I think it is dry, but not too dry. It has a clean taste and does not have that heavy sake taste that comes afterwards. Sake that goes well with snacks 🍶.

The two on the right were light and refreshing, Asahi Ei was a strong sake, and the two on the left were a bit peculiar. It was a good opportunity for us to learn again how delicious Tochigi's sake is.
