I knew I was going to get it from among the Tochigi sake 😊.
I went to buy Nikko Homare👍 after reading the posts by bouken, Nemuchi and Mamio.
I took this picture in the park where we always walk together as we did for the 400th anniversary! What a nice photo 😙.

The aroma is like a gorgeous 🍍!
When I take a sip, wow😳This one has a solid flavor and a lingering sweet and bitter aftertaste. ☺️
I thought it would be more refreshing, but it's fruity and delicious 😋.
I started sakéwa in late 2021 and it's been about 2.5 years! I never thought I'd make 500 posts 😅 but thanks to the connections I've made with everyone on sakewa, I've made it this far 🥹.
When I finally got here, I was impressed once again by all the legends who have posted more than 1000 posts 😌.
About half of the 100 bottles of Tochigi sake are Senkou & Bida! I've been drinking others, but there are still many brands I haven't tasted yet, so I'll continue to devote myself to the Tochigi Sake Road 😤.
The Tochigi love continues 🥰!

This year is our 10th wedding anniversary💕
We got the Nikko Honor that was given to us 10 years ago for our 339th wedding anniversary ✨.
I was told that Yumesasara and Omachi were newly released recently, and after smelling the aroma, I decided on the Yumesasara.
The Omachi one seemed to have a lot of sourness 🤔.
The aroma is light 🍈 and you can taste a hint of umami in the mouth, but soon the bitterness or astringency comes and it's dry. The astringency comes and it's dry ✨Clean aftertaste🍀.

To be honest, I used to buy it because "I drank it at a wedding", but this one I want to repeat just for the taste! I'm also interested in the Omachi 😋.

This Sake has a syrupy mouth feel. There is a strong umami flavor with apple and a hint of wood. The acidity is high and finish is long and refreshing. The combination of sensations are new to me and makes this Sake interesting and fun to drink.
