I drank it cold.
Since it claims to be the ultimate food sake, I imagined it to be more umami and light dry, but the impression on the palate was heavy and fruity.
When you taste it, you can taste the umami in the latter half, and the aroma, umami, and lingering taste disappear in just the right way.
I think it is a good combination of classic and modern.
I would like to try other sake rice varieties and I have a feeling that there are more delicious varieties.

Completely different from Sasa Ichi.
It has the last bitterness until the sweetness of the schwarziness.
The label is cool and tasty!
Maybe a little dry...

I think it has a mellow aroma of rice.
Sweet and delicious, with a sour and spicy aftertaste.

It has an aromatic aroma and a strong, robust flavor. It is best to drink it a little lukewarm rather than chilled, to enjoy its smooth texture. I served it with cheese as a snack, and it went well with it.
Next up is a sake from Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture 🍶.
I wonder if this is the sake of the moment 🍶.
Freshness, sweetness, umami and acidity.
So much fun 😃.
Obtained on a trip. Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo. I bought it because I was told that the brewery specializes in Yamahai-zukuri! The taste is sharp and firm, with a bitter aftertaste. Rice: Banshu Aiyama
Purchased at Saegusa Sake Shop (Kofu City) during a trip to Yamanashi
The first sip gave me a peculiar sensation. What I thought was a peculiar taste at first sip turned out to be a strong rice flavor and a rich roundness and umami.
When the flavor is strong, it seems to linger in the mouth, but contrary to my expectation, the aftertaste flows smoothly.
A bottle with a rich and umami flavorful mouthfeel and a clean aftertaste that will become addictive!
