In the mouth, it's refreshing and slightly fizzy, with a slightly lighter fruity flavor and a pronounced winey taste.
It's really a good sake for summer!
Another brand of Sasaichi, DAN.
The aroma is like a combination of crisp pineapple and a hint of banana. The taste is dry but has a strong presence due to its carbonation, refreshing acidity, and crisp flavor.
The aftertaste is sharp and goes well with food. It is even better with deep-fried and soaked eggplant that has been cooled overnight.
Kai tasted a sake from Sasago.
It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake made from Yamahai (mountain waste), but it is easy to drink and has no peculiarities.
It was a truly delicious sake with a light and smart taste.
The acidity, deep richness, and umami that is typical of Yamahai are satisfying. I also enjoyed the subtle nuances that change with time. It is a sake that goes well with any kind of food.
This weekend is Father's Day 🎁here
The first "DAN" 🍶.
It's my first time drinking Yamanashi sake😊.
I'm a good father 🤣.
Now, let's open the bottle.
The bottle is opened with a pop!
The aroma is fruity, which is a common pattern...
The taste is also sweet with good acidity 😋 Well, it has a good balance of umami, sweetness, acidity and bitterness 😱.
The fruity sweetness and the refreshing aftertaste is just perfect ⤴️😍!
It was a true picture of excellence 🥰.
Good evening, Mr. Baum!
What a wonderful gift for Father's Day ✨.
I'd like to try this year's sake since I was told it was so good last year and the reviews this year are very positive 😋.
I hope you had a wonderful time drinking 🤗
Hi, ma-ki-chan 😊.
I was a little surprised to see that you have a surprisingly good taste in sake selection 😅I felt that you have grown up to be able to choose the sake that fits your father's taste 😊.
I knew the name but this is my first time drinking it. Is it a balanced type? It has a strong umami of rice with a weak sweetness and acidity.
The sake is delicious, but the lid was the hardest to open ever. My fingers hurt.
