I started drinking late on Friday night on my way home from a business trip, so I went to bed late 😪 even though Koeikiku was an instant kill 😪 and woke up late on Saturday 🥱.
After that, I was moping around until lunch 😤, but I knew I couldn't go on like this 😤, so I whipped my heavy body into shape and started 💦walking ‼️ It's hard to sit up until you start walking 😅.
But I did my best to walk for an hour, went shopping, took a bath 🛀 and got ready ✅.
We both looked at each other... we won 😄
Yes 灰...we won 灰! So let the party begin 🥳The winner is Mr. Hirotogawa's Midori 🤗.

But... a day trip 😫.
I left home at 6:30am🌅 and took the Shinkansen 🚅 from Tohoku to Tokaido and arrived at Sumiyoshi station before 12pm! I didn't have much time, so I went to Kyushu Ramen in front of the station to fill up on ramen and then headed to my destination, Rokko Island 🚕 On the way, a cab driver told me there were Hakutsuru and Kikumasamune sake breweries 🤩 I passed them on my way back 🥲.
After that I worked for about 4 hours 😅I went home before I could stop by a liquor store 😅(I wanted to buy Senzuke 😢) I was also working 💻 on the bullet train on the way home, so I didn't drink ☹️
It was after 9pm when I got home 🌃I was tired so I decided to have a light drink😮💨 and opened this one‼️ for the first time in a week since the prefectural meeting 😅I met you for the first time 🤗Harumi from Kohyeikiku.

ことりThis is the sake that Yasube-san used to drink to get used to his condition after the off-line meeting. I was not in good shape the day after the recent Kenmin-kai, so I had to have it in anticipation of such a situation. I was also out of shape the day after the recent prefectural meeting, so I had anticipated such a situation and welcomed this drink 🤭.
It is brewed with pear juice. Rich aromatic sweet and sour taste reminiscent of smooth La France, and also the aroma of ripe plums that have turned orange on the plum tree. The wine had a silky gasiness when opened and a sweetness as the day progressed. The slight oli at the bottom of the bottle was also mixed in and had a nice round and gentle flavor 😌 Great for an acclimation sake 😆.

ことりIt has a mild taste and a sinking sensation in the mouth. The juiciness spreads like when you put the skin of a grape in your mouth. ❗️ It is accompanied by a light whey flavor. It has a moderate sweetness and a good acidity. The deliciousness of this wine will make you want to drink more and more.

Be careful to open the bottle because of the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The bottle is finally opened by loosening the crown little by little with a bottle opener. Mission accomplished without any spillage👍.
The rice used is 100% Ginga rice.
Polishing ratio is 50%.
The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees.
The sake has a slightly thickened, light nigori (slightly cloudy) taste.
When the bottle is opened, it has a refreshing citrus aroma.
In the mouth, it has a silky, fine gasiness. The bubbles feel smooth.
Along with the gaseous sensation, you feel acidity and a gentle sweetness derived from rice in the mouth. After swallowing, the bitterness is quickly felt along with the acidity, resulting in a crisp aftertaste.
Compared to Amber, the sweetness and umami are less pronounced. It has a strong sense of gas, which gives it a refreshing mouthfeel.
It can be drunk on its own.
On the second day, the gassiness is gone and the sweetness increases, and I personally think this one is easier to drink. ジェイ&ノビィHi Daddy Takeru 😃.

And here's a situation that shouldn't have happened to the J&N family: ⁉️ After drinking this bottle, we ran out of stock in the fridge😱.

Asahi Sakae is brewed by Sagara Shuzo in Iwafune, Tochigi City, southwestern Tochigi Prefecture.
This is also my first time.
It is not easy to find a local brewery, but I had checked it out since it was introduced on YouTube by Mimasu Sake Brewery.
It was produced in March 2024 and has an alcohol content of 16%.
The rice polishing ratio is 55%.
The aroma upon opening the bottle is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it is light, yet thick and smooth.
A smooth sweetness spreads in the mouth at first, but the overall impression is one of bitterness.
The lingering aroma remains and has a pleasant sharpness.
When tasted on its own, the bitterness is a bit strong.

The first sip is sweet but tasty 😋 It has a clear sweetness without being harsh, but it's easy to drink with a bit of bitterness and a sharpness that finishes it off 😙.
But as you continue to drink it, the sweetness starts to overpower it 😐I might not be able to finish it if it were sweeter than this 😶 Maybe it's better to drink sweet drinks outside!

This is the first time to drink this series. I like sake from Nara, so my expectations were high. It is a fire-aged sake with an alcohol content of 13%. Polishing ratio is 60%.
This sake is brewed with Watafune No. 2. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is soft and sweet, with a hint of white peach.
In the mouth, the first thing you notice is the soft texture. The juiciness and umami spread in the mouth afterwards.
The acidity is more like a slight bitterness of alcohol when it is being poured down the throat, tightening the flavor.
Is this umami the Watabune No. 2 😄?
While the taste is different from that of the wooden oke Bodai yeast, I found it to be flavorful and easy to drink.
