My family went to Awaji Island to celebrate me 🚙. It has been a tradition for me to get a freshly prepared Sandesi by Miyako Bijin when I go to Awaji Island, but this time I decided to have something else. Honjo Shuzo's Minamicho🍶. I'm not sure of the details other than it is a sake from Awaji Island 🤣. It was smooth and dry and went well with the food👍. The rice flavor, depth of flavor, and the mood of the trip covers that 🤣. But Awaji Island, every time I go there, the west coast is getting more developed 😳 Fashionable island 😎. I'll be back soon 🚙.

Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar. I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong. The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy. It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste. I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.

From my memory of having ripe apples before, I wondered if they were too sweet. I had a little bit of a bad feeling that it might be too sweet. But when I tried it, I found that it was not like that and was very tasty. It was sweet, but the acidity kept it in check, and the freshness of the sake was pleasant. The good thing about the hanpukai, in my opinion, is that it gives you a choice without regard to your own tastes or anything else. Good to drink Koshi apple 🍎😁.

The liquor store we visited for the first time was celebrating its first anniversary, and we received a gift🎁. Sweet sake made with Okayama Hakuto yeast. Sake level is about minus 50 😳. The alcohol content is low, so I had it as an aperitif. The sweetness is a bit sticky, so it might go well with vinegared food 🧐.

Sake Tour with Sake God [Extra I never thought the day would come when I could drink at home... Rafa-san asked me, "Do you want to drink 🐢? I couldn't believe my eyes 📲. I couldn't believe my eyes🤣. We bartered and at that time he suggested a sake tour. Thank God for sake 🙏. After opening the bottle, I took a sniff👃. Enraptured by the fruity aroma of muscat and peach😍. Poured it into a glass and took a sip. Yes, it's delicious. Light sweetness, good acidity, it's a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly 😁. Since we were in the mood, we decided to compare Hitogokochi with Mikotsuru. Mikotsuru is a robust type with deep sweetness, while Shinshu Kamerei is a smooth type with light sweetness. Both are delicious, but I prefer the Shinshu Kamerei. The side dish was a Japanese dish of grated radish and Nametake mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture 😁. It was a wonderful sake banquet. Sake Tour with the Sake God (4) The last stop is Kinoshita Meishakuten, aka Kinoshita the Treasure Hunt. The system allows you to purchase rare sake with points, but sometimes rare sake can be purchased without points, which is a wonderful store that tickles a drinker's fancy 🤣. As a newcomer, I quietly went for the regular sake 🤣. I was very satisfied with this sake, which is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake of Mikotsuru, which is not available in my area of activity! Sake from Shinshu is of a very high level 😳. After the juicy deep sweetness, it is crisp with sourness. Almost no bitterness. It's so good 😋. All of the restaurants Rafa told me about are great places that I want to go to. The Hokusetsu area is famous for its good living environment, but it is also a great environment for drinkers🤣. Sake Tour with the Sake God (2) I have wanted to drink Wakanami🌊 for a long time. We bought it at the first store of the tour, Kadoya. The God of Sake had no hesitation in purchasing this sake. The push of the flavor 🌊 the pull of the aftertaste 🌊. Just like the concept. It's insanely delicious😋. I know it's a bit far from Kadoya, but I felt it was well worth the trip to go out of my way to buy it. I got my card made and will try my best to go there 🤣.

Last day of GW. Everyone is opening good sake, so I'm opening a good one too 🫧. As usual, it's very energetic 😅. It's got a nice, fluffy foam, and it's exquisite, which can be either dry or sweet. Oh, I love the heavenly frog 🐸❤️ Our family is no different, Takoyaki 🐙. Kansai people cook with more water than the prescribed amount 💪, right? We use 1.5 times the amount of water 💦. The dough is too hard with the specified amount of water. That doesn't make for a crispy takoyaki. That makes it more difficult to bake, but that's the Kansai people. I'm talking about how many takoyaki I've baked at home. By the way, my wife also loves tengaeru, and she had another gobble 😅. It's 8%!

This is my first time at Kihong Crane. I had vaguely heard of the name, but I almost bought a bottle. It says "summer sake" so I thought it was a dry and refreshing type, but it was a sweet pineapple🍍‼️ I thought it was a dry and refreshing type. Delicious..." With all due respect, I wasn't expecting that much, so I was very pleasantly surprised 😆. I'm also happy with the super high cosmetics price of around 1,400 yen for a No. 4 jar☺️ It just happened to be sold at my usual store, so I'm going to do a proper check on the stores that carry it. If I can't find it, I'll ask bouken 🤣. On Children's Day 🎏, Rafapapa invited us to visit a sake store in the Hokusetsu area 😁. As a souvenir, we were given magnificent onions from Rafa's field (3rd photo)! They were sweet, tender, and very tasty 😋! We were also given a recipe for the leaves, which went well with the sake👍. We had a very exciting and satisfying day touring the sake stores, all of which had things I normally can't buy. Thank you so much, Rafa! My fridge is already full, so I'll keep drinking and posting 🤣.

The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I wanted to drink dry, so I bought this one. Shinkame🐢 was my first brand 😊. It's a summer sake, so it's easy to drink and dry. Dry sake is dry and delicious 😋. I had a craving for taro, so I had it with powdered taro. It goes well with the dry sake. I always think I would eat more taro if it was easier to peel 😆.
