Sakai Branch Meeting (2) The other of the two toasts was a new sake from Tobiroki. Tasake and this one is also special pure. two side by side, a nice start. ❤️ I have always been convinced that Tobiroki is delicious without any logic, and I was confident that I was right on this day. The aroma is more gorgeous than that of Tazake. It tasted like green apple or ⁉️ muscat, slightly sweet and refreshing. Even the astringency that comes at the end is delicious 😋I can drink this as much as I want forever 💦. Delicious is a sin 😭. Since I couldn't attend the Kansai Year-End Party, I was excited to see everyone I haven't seen in a while, and the drinks went down a bit 😆.

Sakai Branch Meeting ①. Thanks to our neighbors whom we were able to connect with through Sake-no-wa, we were able to organize a year-end party despite it being a weekday 😆Thank you Uma-san for organizing 💕. The participants were Umaï san, Rutemi san, Maru san, myself and my husband. The place was Kurami. It is a restaurant with good drinks and delicious food 😋. I don't know how much work I finished for this day, I worked so hard. If I thought I had a plan for this day, I could do my best 😭. Well, first of all, we chose two kinds of sake for the toast. Tasake and Tobiroki. This Yamadanishiki Tokusyu Tasake was, in a word, what I was waiting for! In a word, this is what I've been waiting for! The cherry-like aroma, the sweetness with a hint of rice that spreads deep into the mouth, and the skillful way it flows smoothly at the end... everything is "this, this, this! It's all here 💕. Delicious 😋. It was an excellent match with the sea cucumber and celery pickles that came out: ‼️

Year-end party of the Sakai-kai of the Kansai Branch of SAKEWA 🎉. Under Umaisan's order, Lutemi-mama, Wakata and his wife, and I gathered. The place was Kurami, a famous restaurant in Sakai. Delicious food as always. This was the 2,000 yen per person course (4th picture). We started with a toast of Tobiroki's Kasumi sake, Romain. We spent about 3 hours in a blink of an eye, talking about our recent situation and personal stories that we were hearing for the first time. It was a lot of fun 😊. One of the most memorable bottles was this one. Mature Kuranomori. Brewing year: 2000. 24 years ago. How old were you guys back then? I was 😁. I had it hot. It is not as peculiar as I expected and tastes soft with a caramelized taste. The slightly pointing stimulation characteristic of aged sake was also pleasant and flowed down my throat. Drunken sake with good friends. Bliss at its finest. A wonderful year-end party that I could not have imagined a few years ago. We are grateful for the sake connection.

Good evening, Maru-san 🦉. Nice Sakai-kai! I can see you had a great time 😊But then again, it's hard to believe that the food was only 2000 yen 😳and that you can drink alcohol from 24 years ago 😻 I thought 2000 was a recent date 🤣.

Hi Maru 😃 Sakai-kai! Nice 🤗I think a small group of people can have a lot of deep conversations 😄. 24 years ago was exactly the year of the birth of my Tochigi love 🥰, when I moved from Nagano to Utsunomiya after changing jobs at my current company 😌.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😊. It was an intense and enjoyable spree 😁. What a surprise that 2000 was the first year of Tochigi Ai🥰! No wonder the sake was so good in such a memorable year 😋!

Good morning, Maru 😁. I enjoyed the offline meeting 😆 I appreciate the cosiness of the food. I had no idea about this sake 2000 years old when I looked it up, so it was a valuable experience for me. It was delicious 😋.

Kurosawa Namahashiroshi Junmai 90 Sake with a unique balance of sweetness and acidity. It is like dried apricots or white figs. The sweetness is followed by sourness. A friend of mine said it was like the liquid from Nara pickles. I wonder if it has a strong habit.

Gobashi ride? Junmai Daiginjo Pink, shwashy sake juice. Sweet and sour, easy to drink and dangerous. Is it good for aperitifs? I don't know if I'd like it with food. Would you like to drink it with marshmallows?
