I am in the middle of a very dry drink, but Mr. Hanamup🌸 helped me out. I think you all already know what I think of it without having to say what I think of it. It is sweet, delicious, and sinks in gradually. While the majority of Hanamup's sake is sold in 1 sho bottles, this precious 4-gou bottle is a must have. Whenever I see it, I buy it. I would buy it if they also sold 1 sho bottles. While I was drinking comfortably, a tragedy happened 😱. I knocked over the glass and spilled about 90cc. And on the absorbent rug... Oh ‼️ oh 😭" I was so distraught in front of my kids 🤣.

Hi Maru 😃 Hanayu Junmai Ginjo Omachi was delicious ☺️ The rag has a very fruity aroma and looks intoxicating 😁. In my house, no matter how expensive the sake is, we get some rather serious disapproval when we spill it because it gets sticky 😌.

I received this sake with the word 😏 "spicy". It's not so much spicy...I can't taste any sweetness 😳. I was strangely impressed that they could cut the sweetness so much 🧐. It went well with sashimi. It was clean, so it was dry, which is a category I can drink too. It is my policy to drink up the first bottle of sake before moving on to the next one, unless I am comparing sake! I have a policy to drink up the bottle before going on to the next one, but no 😭. Help me - sweet sake! I reached for the sake cellar even though there was still some left 🤣.

Sake recommended at a liquor store. Beautifully labeled sake. He said it is a good sake for beginners🔰. Perfect fit😊. I opened the bottle as my next sake while I was enjoying a kimchi nabe with the rest of the Mimuro cedar. ...next thing I remember was the empty bottle lying on my desk 🤣. With a faint memory of how delicious it was. I will be careful with kimchi nabe. Spicy -> thirsty -> sake -> kimchi-nabe in search of snacks -> spicy...endless loop 😅.

A bottle from Sukumasa's July hanpukai. It's a price range that I can't easily buy...or afford. I think that is one of the interesting things about the hanpukai. The aroma is a little melon-like. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste spreads. Almost no bitterness. I saw an article that said it was based on Dio Abita, but I like this one better than Dio Abita.

Good evening, Maru 😃. The price of Mokke Bodhi Hashi has been reviewed with the renewal and it is now more affordable than before. ☺️ This one is brewed with dewy leaf wind, which is now Nara's sake rice 😅I regret that I passed on it after worrying about it at Sukumasa.

Summer vacation family trip🚢. On the way to the ship, I bought Ishizuchi, a sake from Ehime, our destination, on sale. I had it with hiya. It was more smooth than I expected and I could taste the flavor of the rice. It was a great experience to look up the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from below, which is not something you get to do very often. Glamping on the Shimanami Kaido and visiting Dogo Onsen made for a very enjoyable summer vacation 🌻. I would have liked to visit a sake brewery, but oh well 😆.

A bottle from Sukumasa's July hanpukai. July is over after a very busy and pressured month at work 🙌. I had it with yakiniku🥩 with a feeling of ☀️ that summer has started. It's so good 😋! The aroma is mild but sweet and sour, like strawberry or apricot. I haven't had that many bottles so I can't be responsible 🤣, but it also tastes like No.6. It has a sake level of -30 and an acidity of 3.8, which is a very peculiar spec, but this is delicious. I'll buy it again if it's on sale. I would like to hear what my fellow hanpukai member Yasubeyesan has to say about it.

This is a bottle from Sukumasa's June hanpukai. The ingredients (rice, yeast, and koji mold) are all from an original recipe, brewed jointly by Kazuma Sake Brewery and Yoshida Sake Brewery. I have never had the original Takeba, so I have no way to compare it, but it was very fruity and delicious. I understand that Kazuma Sake Brewery has resumed brewing their own sake, so I would like to try the original Takeba someday. By then, my memory of this taste will be faded and I still won't be able to compare 😅.

I always buy this sake when I see it. It's a sake that you have to be careful to open in a different way from the second fermentation. The cork is too tight or it's too hard to open 😭 It also hurts my fingernails 😣. I managed to open it and took a sip. It's sweet and thick. A sake to be savored on its own. I didn't push the cork in, but closed it like floating lightly and put it back in the fridge 🤣. I read the label on the back and wanted to cheer for it 📣! and I wanted to cheer 📣🥋🇯🇵

Sake brewed with the sacred rice Isehikari, found in the sacred rice field of the Ise Jingu Shrine. It is said to be a mutant of Koshihikari. I bought it hoping to benefit from it. I thought it would be like a sacred sake, but it is rather modern. It seems to be somewhere between classical and modern. I enjoyed it with all my heart.

July was the busiest month of the year, and I finally settled down enough to touch a piece of saké. Summer Time by Miyakanbai I drank it about a month ago, so it is beyond my memory, but I clearly remember that it was very easy to drink and delicious 😊.

I decided to drink a little more intensively, so this is my fourth bottle of Kifengakuru velvet. Velvet, velvet, velveteen. Velvety texture on the tongue, is that what it means? The aroma is, as usual, a mixture of cemedine and fruit. The first day is already bitter as promised. OK OK. I know. It's sweet the next day, right? I drank about 90 cc and closed the lid. Day 2. Voila. A dramatic change. A wonderful mix of sizzling, deep sweetness and elegant, creamy sweetness. There's also a modest but refreshing bitterness to the drink. 3rd day Closed for the Sake-no-wa petit off-line meeting. 4th and 5th day More and more sweetness; always tasty after the second day. Intensive drinking is over for now, but I wanted to drink various kinds of Kibotsu 😁.

The toji's challenge series, Tsumugi from Kihotsuru. The theme of this series is "fragrant dry". It certainly has a nice aroma! Fruity. I can't tell what kind of fruit it is because of my bad nose 🤣🙏. Unlike the deep and penetrating sweetness of the Omachi and Oorigarami Yamadanishiki, this is quite refreshing. It may be dry, but it is a bit sweet. So it is very easy to drink. Nice 👍Kimine Tsuru

Kiho Tsuru Oorigarami. bouken-san told me where to buy it and I got a variety 🙌. The aroma is gorgeous. The label on the back said melon, but I felt more like pineapple🍍. Not quite fizzy, but quite a healthy gassy feeling. On the first day, it was rather elegant with a sweetness. On the second and third days, the sweetness and depth continued to increase. As was the case with Omachi, I like Kibotsuru on the third day. The Omachi raw was also good, but I prefer this one. Today's entrées were 🦐🥦 stir-fried 🦐🥦 with garlic oil and tataki cucumber🥒 with plum paste. We ate a lot more than this 🤣.

Jikin and Kibotsuru. Both are Omatchi's raw sake. The Omatch⚔️ The 2nd day. Jikin was as good as ever. Kibotsuru shows a surprising change from here. The aroma is more fruity😳. It's also getting sweeter ⁉️ By far the 2nd day is the best 😋. Grapefruitiness with a nice bitter taste. Day 3. Jikin is as good as ever. Kifotsuru is even sweeter and deeper 😳. It's so delicious. ‼️ If Jikin is like the Silence Suzuka of the Kinshachi Award, Kibotsuru is like the Broad Appeal of the Negishi Award. Can you tell? 🤣 An incredible endurance. I'm afraid of Kibotsuru. But Silence Suzuka got away with it by a narrow margin. The difference is Hana. Photo by judge. The result was as expected for Jikin, but Kibotsuru was also great because it can be bought anytime. It was a great match that made us realize how wonderful sake is. Oh, it's all my personal opinion 🤣.

Jikin and Kibotsuru. Both are Omatchi's raw sake. The Omatch⚔️ To eliminate any preconceived notions, I asked my wife to pour a glass so that I would not know which was which. One has an aroma reminiscent of grapes and peaches, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The other has a slight cemedine smell and quite a bitter taste. My preference was for the Jikin. Perhaps because I felt I expected a little too much from Kihotsuru, I was a little disappointed🥲. However, Jikin is still delicious. I thought it was a great sake. Jikin wins hands down. I don't think I expected such a situation 😳 after the second day, that was my impression on the first day.

My first Ryujinmaru 🐉. I often find over 10,000 bottles of 4-goupe at the store I sometimes go to, but I found a reasonably priced one that was rare, so I bought it 💸. Dry. Aroma with a graininess. The back of my throat gets squeaky before the sweetness spreads 😆. It's 18 degrees so it's quite strong alcohol. Not bad, but I guess it's only for this time 😅. Speaking of Ryujinmaru, I have an image of Majin Hero Den Wataru. I haven't seen it so I don't know the story 🤣. There was a similar anime called 00 Maru a long time ago. I remember it was a doll wearing some kind of Judo outfit.... Hmmm 🧐 Oh! It's Juu-O-Maru! Of Prales Sanshiro! ...who knew that story 🤣. P.S. On the second day, the sweetness increased. Chocolatey feeling too. I might buy it again next time I see it 😆.

When I was a kid, I could grab any insect by the hand, but not anymore 🙅. Cicadas are the scariest 🤣* except for that one. Back label "When was your boyhood?" The distant past 🤣. But let me go back to my boyhood at least when I'm drinking this! I can't grab the cicadas like I did back then 🤣.

Luckily I was able to buy some too. Kosake, Hanakaze 🌸 which is well received by everyone in the Kansai region of Sakewa 🌸🌪️ It was a bit of a shock. Grapefruit, lychee, muscat, different people may feel differently, but I tasted aloe yogurt white grape flavor. Not a "like" taste or anything, but just white grape. The white grape taste is slightly acidic with a slight sting, and a slight bitterness that is beer-like. But it's still sake. This is amazing. Who is the genius who thought of this? I'm sorry I missed the rice and agave. It was so delicious 😋.
