Today is Father's Day. However, my father has already passed away and I can no longer express my gratitude to him face to face. First of all, I would like to offer a toast with Kirin Lager, my father's favorite beer before his death. The bitterness sinks in. I opened a bottle of Jikin for myself as part of the dedication. My father used to drink sake during the New Year's holidays, so I wondered if he would have said it tasted good if I drank it.... It was also very sinking in. Thankfully, Jikkomai is easy to find, so it's not a surprise that it's so delicious, but it's a wonderful bottle that will gradually grow on you. While I was drinking it, I thought my son was fumbling with something, and he made me an origami necklace. He said it was Father's Day. Oh, I see. Father's Day is also my day. Salt water comes out of my eyes, so it looks like I won't have to worry about food today.

Luckily I was able to buy some too. Kosake, Hanakaze 🌸 which is well received by everyone in the Kansai region of Sakewa 🌸🌪️ It was a bit of a shock. Grapefruit, lychee, muscat, different people may feel differently, but I tasted aloe yogurt white grape flavor. Not a "like" taste or anything, but just white grape. The white grape taste is slightly acidic with a slight sting, and a slight bitterness that is beer-like. But it's still sake. This is amazing. Who is the genius who thought of this? I'm sorry I missed the rice and agave. It was so delicious 😋.

It was the first time to drink Dainogawa at home. There were various cute labels, and I chose the heart label after a little hesitation. It has a nice sweet aroma like strawberries and peaches. One sip and it is sweet! It is delicious! It's very strong! This is my favorite one. I would say it can be served as a food wine, but I prefer to drink it by itself slowly 😁. And finally ❤️ appeared on my schedule 🙌I didn't know the rules and was kinda thinking I should check in 5 days in a row 🧐, but it already appeared on my calendar the day after checking in 4 days in a row😳. By the way, this check-in made my heart disappear again... Hmmm, I don't know.

Here is another trophy from my business trip to Chiba 🍶. Not too much aroma, not too much taste 🤣. It tastes like apricot bean curd in the back, far away. It is sweet and loses its sweetness in the second half, probably due to the addition of sugar. Cheeba cup was better!

I managed to get it between business trips to Chiba 🙌 Chiba prefecture shaped cheeba-kun 🗾. He's not a dog 🤣. I thought it would be sweet because it is a Koshi, but it was clean, light and dry. Surprising! It's a great thing that this level of sake can be produced in a cup and at such a low price 👍. The entrée was deep-fried fish paste that I bought in Awaji Island. It is called Tempura in Osaka (Kansai?). In Osaka (Kansai?) they call it tempura🤣. It's true 🤣. There was a lot of tempura, but most of it didn't make it into my mouth, the kids ate it 😂. Why are kids so attracted to alcoholic beverages 🤣.

My family went to Awaji Island to celebrate me 🚙. It has been a tradition for me to get a freshly prepared Sandesi by Miyako Bijin when I go to Awaji Island, but this time I decided to have something else. Honjo Shuzo's Minamicho🍶. I'm not sure of the details other than it is a sake from Awaji Island 🤣. It was smooth and dry and went well with the food👍. The rice flavor, depth of flavor, and the mood of the trip covers that 🤣. But Awaji Island, every time I go there, the west coast is getting more developed 😳 Fashionable island 😎. I'll be back soon 🚙.

Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar. I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong. The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy. It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness. It has a slight alcohol taste. I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.

From my memory of having ripe apples before, I wondered if they were too sweet. I had a little bit of a bad feeling that it might be too sweet. But when I tried it, I found that it was not like that and was very tasty. It was sweet, but the acidity kept it in check, and the freshness of the sake was pleasant. The good thing about the hanpukai, in my opinion, is that it gives you a choice without regard to your own tastes or anything else. Good to drink Koshi apple 🍎😁.

Poured it into a glass and took a sip. Yes, it's delicious. Light sweetness, good acidity, it's a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly 😁. Since we were in the mood, we decided to compare Hitogokochi with Mikotsuru. Mikotsuru is a robust type with deep sweetness, while Shinshu Kamerei is a smooth type with light sweetness. Both are delicious, but I prefer the Shinshu Kamerei. The side dish was a Japanese dish of grated radish and Nametake mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture 😁. It was a wonderful sake banquet. The system allows you to purchase rare sake with points, but sometimes rare sake can be purchased without points, which is a wonderful store that tickles a drinker's fancy 🤣. As a newcomer, I quietly went for the regular sake 🤣. I was very satisfied with this sake, which is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake of Mikotsuru, which is not available in my area of activity! Sake from Shinshu is of a very high level 😳. After the juicy deep sweetness, it is crisp with sourness. Almost no bitterness. It's so good 😋. Oh, I love the heavenly frog 🐸❤️ Our family is no different, Takoyaki 🐙. Kansai people cook with more water than the prescribed amount 💪, right? We use 1.5 times the amount of water 💦. The dough is too hard with the specified amount of water. That doesn't make for a crispy takoyaki. That makes it more difficult to bake, but that's the Kansai people. I'm talking about how many takoyaki I've baked at home. By the way, my wife also loves tengaeru, and she had another gobble 😅. It's 8%!
