White sake (3)
Jyuseki has been a hot topic for a while now. I drank it outside, but this is my first time drinking it at home.
It is said that all sake is brewed with a special emphasis on Kyoto products.
First, the supernatant.
The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is wonderful.
When mixed with the lees, the bitterness is a little more noticeable, but it is dry and can be drunk easily as a mealtime sake.
It's good, Jyuseki.

Good evening, Maru-san.
I'm suddenly very interested in Kyoto sake after touring Kyoto breweries the other day, and I'm really curious about Jyuseki right now: ⤴️
It looks delicious and well-balanced and would go well with a meal 😊.

Hi Maru, Good evening 🌃
I missed it by near misses at various stores and couldn't buy it 😭
I haven't had it but Maru's review was exactly what I imagined so I'm suddenly curious 😍.

Good evening, Maru-san 🦉.
When I drank autumn sake at a tasting, it had a strong bitter taste, so I passed on this one, but when I saw it, I thought it would be very tasty during a meal, and I wanted to drink it 😋.
I'm glad to hear you joined the Kinky Sake Club 🤣.

Hi ma-ki-😊.
Nice tour of the breweries in Kyoto! I'm not sure about the standard of Jujishi, but this nigori was refreshing and went well with the meal 😁.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😊.
It may not be in the middle of the street, but it may be in the low outer corner of your strike zone 😁 If you see it, please let us know!

Hi Pon 😊
It has a slight but bitter taste, so I think the second glass or so of an outside drink would be tasty with a meal, don't you think? Give it a try😁.
