It's been a long time since I bought a jacket since Butterfly Effect. I looked it up and found that it is the Hayashi head office of Hyakujuro, a well-known kumatori? I'm not sure if it's Hayashi Honten or Kuragen Hayashi Honten. There are Hayashi Honten and Kuragen Hayashi Honten, so I'm not sure😅. It is said to be fruity like melon, but I didn't feel it so much. It's supposed to be sweet, but the high acidity makes it have a clean aftertaste. It is quite tasty 😋. It can also be used as a food wine. I would like to explore more and more with the hanpukai and jackets.

BBQ at Wakata's house ④ My memory is getting doubtful now😅. This Izumikawa is a local brand of Hiroki Sake Brewery of Tobiroki. I think there is no sake that Yuki can't get his hands on 😳. We brought our own sake heater, so we visited the house and had the sake cold and top-heated. The cold sake was of course delicious, but the heated sake opened up the sweetness and tasted even better. The yam was also surprisingly tasty, and I was even more surprised when I heard the recipe. Just sprinkle some ochazuke stock on the yam. That's ridiculous... A superb entrée with the highest level of ease. The leader of the Sake-no-wa cooking team is confirmed to be Mr. Wakata 🍴. Afterwards, we were treated to a cake 🍰 for the children, a meat suckling (also excellent), and other hospitality that we were not sure we could repay. At the end of the party, we were escorted to the station by the whole family, including the children who had returned from club activities 🚶. Thank you so much, Wakata-san and Yuki-san 🙇. It was a very enjoyable time and the children will never forget it. Thank you very much 🙇.

BBQ at Wakata's house (3) When three people drink together, it empties quickly. Then, the third bottle. This is La jomon, which I usually don't get to see. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Is that it? Is it a flax cat? It is a very good sake with a unique sourness and sweetness. If served without telling you, you would definitely mistake it for something from the Shinmasa brand. The good sake and BBQ kept the drinks flowing.

BBQ at Wakata's house (2) Next, Hizirizm from Sei Shuzo. Yuki asked me what I wanted to drink, and I requested something I normally can't drink. It has a pleasant gassy taste and a sweet and sour plum-like mouthfeel. No, this is delicious 😋. Wakata-san made onigiri🍙 for the children, and Yuki-san prepared the BBQ in a very familiar way. The rice for the onigiri was said to be from Wakata's hometown, and it was delicious. The amount of salt was just right, and you could seriously drink sake with the rice. It is at such a level. The ash-dried saury also goes well with sake. I'm sure Mr. Wakata and Yuki will get mad at me for taking more beautiful pictures, but I was so engrossed in the rice, saury, and sake that this was the only picture I took. Sorry about that 🙏.

BBQ at Wakata-san's house (1) Mr. Wakata and Yuki invited me and my two sons (my wife was down with a cold) to a BBQ at their home. In the morning, we went to visit my son for his 753rd birthday. After that, we went to Wakata's house! Yuki picked us up at the nearest station 🚗. Thank you very much 🙇. First of all, let's toast with ash I brought 🥂. Smells like cork. The label said it was made from Mizunara oak barrels, so I see, come to think of it, it also had a sandalwood-like oriental aroma. The taste is sweet and sour, slightly astringent, and leaves a bitter taste. It is the best of COLORS, but I prefer Varigian.

The day has finally arrived. MACHO, which I was definitely going to buy when I found it. A familiar icon. If you don't know what I'm talking about, aren't you a sakewa moguri? 🤣 Is it really 80% polished rice? It is so elegant, clear, and free of any cloying taste. Fruity sweetness like muscat, strawberry, and lychee. Slightly gassy, low acidity, low bitterness. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Very tasty. As expected from Legend, he has a good eye!

I was able to buy it again this year 🙌 Unfiltered, Nama-narashu, Oragara-mi, all my favorite words. My wife was ready with her glass, saying, "I'm going to open a bottle of Denshogiku today. We toasted together and both said, "Wow! It has a fine gasiness, moderate sweetness and acidity, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. There is no doubt about it. A little less sweet than last year? I thought it was a little less sweet than last year, but what do you think? Not that it matters, but Kariyushi 58's lyrics are sad.

September's hanpukai. Isshuikusuisei, a sake with a sweet image that I would not willingly buy myself. I took a sip and thought, "What? It's not sweet. No, it's not spicy either. It's just right. It's like a clear sweetness that passes right through you, without any cloying taste. Not bad. Thanks, this hanpukai was an intoxicating encounter that firmly broke my stereotypes.

The sake brewers have already posted about the rainfall. I drank it for the first time at an offline meeting, and at the time I honestly thought it was not my favorite. This rainfall changed my impression 180 degrees. It is delicious 😋. The sweetness sparked in my mouth ‼️... and made me think it was going to sparkle, and then the bitterness covered the acidity. But at the end, a bit of sweetness appears. The order of perception may vary, but the complex interplay of sweet, sour, and bitter tastes is truly delicious. I was forced to purchase this wine in the name of "hanpukai," which is literally a corrective purchase, to correct my self-inflicted aversion to this wine. It is a delicious sake 🍶.

As soon as you switch to the sake head, it's oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Well, there are pros and cons 😁. I bought a batch of Motomine Tsuru and this is an extra pongee. It is elegant, which is hard to believe that the rice is polished to 78%. I wonder if it's because it's flat polished rice? Well, there is no way my palate can tell the difference in rice polishing method😅. Sweetness and acidity like a dry white wine, refreshing and quite good. It's very refreshing and quite good.

Kiho Tsuru bulk purchase, here comes the real deal. The expectations are exploding with your posts on Sake-no-Wa. However, the one I was able to buy was from the Japan Meimon Sake Kai 😆. Like the summer sake, the Japan Meimon Sake Kai version of Kibotsuru is delicious from the first sip 😋. The balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness is like grapes🍇? Pear🍐? like a pear 🍐. The second day is naturally tastier. I still like it 😍Ki Feng Tsuru.

It's been a long time since Ippo-self. Last time it was Junmai, so I went for the slightly more expensive one. But it's still a high-cost one. Good aroma as soon as the bottle is opened. It has a strawberry-like sweetness, followed by sourness and a light bitterness. Delicious. It took me about 4 days to finish it, but it's still tasty and well balanced. When I heated it up, the sweetness reached the back of my throat and made me feel warm 😊This is also delicious.

Same as last time, expired raw sake. Again 😅. I'll be sure to look at the production date when I buy sake from now on. Please be careful, everyone. Well, my impression is that it was not as bad as the last Junmai Namaizu Nama, or rather, this was delicious. Right after opening the bottle, there was a chili chili gas feeling, a little bitterness, but the sweetness covered it, so it was nice. Delicious from day one 😋. The second day is also consistently tasty. It is more like the flavor goes up on the second and third days. The 4th day was the best. Well, it was good. Kifeng Tsuru, I was about to become bitter 😭.

A pounding expired unfiltered draft. I've never had an expired one, so it's unclear what affected or didn't affect this flavor. Fruity, nice aroma, but the bitterness is noticeable on the first day. The sweetness is immediately felt, but whoa! The moment you think, "Oh! This is not good. I can't drink it well. I hope for the second day. The second day. The bitterness is better and the sweetness is increasing. One more breath 🙏. Third day. Same as day 2. Hmmm. Not bad, but I wish it was a little sweeter. At least, I wanted the bitterness to disappear. Empty bottle and finish. It might have been better if it were heated up.

It has a grapefruit-like bitterness and sourness. Is it dry? Day 2. Slightly sweeter. But dry. 3rd day. The sweetness increases further. But it is not sweet. It is easy to drink. I learned later that the rice polishing ratio is 85%. I think this is quite impressive for a low polished rice. Reading the label on the back of the bottle, I found out that it was made a year and a half ago. It was made a year and a half ago? I've seen this kind of thing a lot lately. It's not that I don't like it, since it was tasty in its own way, but I wonder what the original taste was like. I am a little bothered. Sinusitis and a year and a half old sake. Maybe it was just the right combination.

Hiyoroshi Yokoyama Junmai Ginjo. It had an autumn-like appearance with no mistakes. The taste was also perfect. Cold sake. Fresh but mellow 😳. It goes down your throat well, not too sweet, and very easy to drink. It goes well with grilled Akinatai fish. I want to eat a lot of akitogi this year because I couldn't eat any last season due to poor catches. By the way, "akitogiai" is also written with the kanji for "festival" (魚偏に祭). It is commonly read as "konoshiro," but I heard it is also read as "sanma. With sake and rice wine, it is truly a festival.

Sekiya Brewery's Ichinenfudo, which I learned about through Houraisen Sora. Yumesansui sake rice is also new to me. The aroma is not very strong. I thought it would be sweeter, but it was rather dry. I read that it is recommended to drink it cold, but I thought it tasted better lukewarm because the sweetness of the rice could be felt more clearly. It went well with fried maitake mushrooms and swordfish. Back (side?) The label is kind of heartwarming 😊.

Autumn Sake at Daimine 🍂. It's been a while since I've been to Omine and I was really looking forward to it 😊. Delicious and did not disappoint. Some liquor store's website described it as having an aroma like muskmelon or yellow peach, and that's exactly what it was! Gentle and soft sweetness, acidity and a little bit of gas. Delicious 😋. I wondered how it would taste, but I tried it lukewarm. The acidity seems to come forward a bit, but the lukewarm temperature soaks into the body. This is good 🍶.
