マルEvery year, March is a busy and restless month for work-related reasons😅. While I feel up for spring, I can't welcome spring until my work is done, I feel doldrums 😂. I guess the spring haze is just like that. I like spring, but I don't like haze. However This spring haze was different. ❗️ Aroma of fresh fruit, slight gasiness, soft sweetness, just the right amount of sourness and bitterness. It was a clear and transparent sake that gave me a clear view of the world, and it was the perfect accompaniment to my feelings 😊. This is one of Sukumasa's February hanpukai bottles and it was a wonderful encounter 🍶.

マルThe No. 6 I was lucky enough to buy at the beginning of this year should be drunk by the end of March! So I opened the bottle 🍶 even though I didn't have any. It has an aroma of green apple🍏, a sweet and sour taste like Shinsei, not much bitterness, and a short aftertaste. It tastes good anytime 😋. I heard that the theme for 2022-2023 is Arhangua. No, I don't get it 😅. I heard it's a Buddhist word and it means something like that, like the state of enlightenment. It is said to be the state of having cut off all vexations. Still, I only have a vague idea of what the theme means🤣. In addition, the name of the bottle is Madame Edwarda #1 No, I don't get it 😅. Is it about a book written by a stranger named Georges Bataille, or is it the name of a rock band... The mystery only deepens... 🤣 All I know is that No.6 is delicious 😁.

マルIt is said to be a very limited edition sake that is only available once every four years. Eikofuji itself has been a long time 😁. First sip, sweet 🤩. Second sip, sweet 🥰. Third sip, sweet 😅. I felt a little tired of drinking it. It might have been different if it was a well-seasoned meal. Maybe the grilled fish didn't go well with it...

マルRyoseki Shuzo is one of our favorite breweries. The last Suitama was Yamadanishiki, freshly stored, but this time it is made from Akita rice, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It has a mellow sweetness that is typical of Ryoseki. It's not too strong, so you can't stop drinking it 😅. I went back to my notes of the last Suitama, It's almost the same this time. Almost Hanayuup 🤣. It was delicious.

マルSentori with a sense of security. I want to drink it regularly😊. Mild aroma, slight melon🍈. Slightly gassy. Clear and moderate sweetness. Pleasant sourness and bitterness. I didn't notice much of the characteristic sweet and sourness, but it was very easy to drink 🍶.

マルHere's my first Risshun Shibori to wish you good health and good fortune 🌸 Lutemi, as Pon's review says, Tropical Fruity 🏝️ is very easy to drink, it's a swishy one 😆. Yum 😋. I had a colonoscopy 📷 for the first time in my life a while ago after getting caught up in a test. The hardest part was taking a laxative that was like a big size IV drip. It's a laxative that tastes like more plum vinegar in your precious sake 🤣. The diagnosis was a close score, if not a perfect 100 ‼️ 😌. And to celebrate? I was able to drink Risshun Shibori in good health as well 😊. I will continue to check my health and enjoy my sake life ‼️

マルHououmida for heating up 🍶. I didn't know there was such a Hououou Mita 😳 This year, I wanted to enjoy heated sake, so I bought two bottles of Shichibon-yari and Houououmida at the same time. Shiga love ❤️ and Tochigi love ❤️ I found it to be delicious cold, but the flavor explodes💥 when warmed up to lukewarm. It has a sweet aroma that smells a little like cemedine, and when you put it in your mouth, the umami and sweetness of the rice fills your mouth 😊. It's not sticky, it's refreshing and makes the cup go down a treat 😄. I'm a cold sake drinker, but I like it heated too 🥰.

マルIt was introduced in dancyu as "Heated, it looks great! I was so easily influenced that I immediately gave it a try 😆. I even got the equipment to heat up the sake and entered the dazzling world of heated sake 🍶. But first, let's try it cold. The aroma is subdued, the taste is subdued. In other words, it's refreshing. This is a sake that needs to be heated up. Now, to lukewarm sake! The aroma is surprisingly open, the rice is sweet and deep, and the flavor is sharp and piercing! This is the one to warm up. Heating up the sake is delicious! It goes perfectly with Maruzen's oden 👌. I can't stand it 😆. By the way, what does it say on the seven spears' signature? I can't read it at all😅

マルI got the purple space I had longed for at the Hanshin Department Store event, thanks to information from bouken. I have always wanted a bottle of this wine after reading the reviews of Mr. Wakata and others. I opened a bottle at a dinner party with my sister-in-law who returned from Australia 🇦🇺 after a half year absence 🥂. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu, soft sweetness, and a refreshing acidity. This is delicious 😊 I must buy another label! By the way, a glass of beer costs about 1,800 yen in Australia😳. Prices are also high, so my sister-in-law says she eats only beans. I wonder if she's OK... By the way, lentils are not called lentils because they are shaped like lentils, they are called lentils because they are shaped like lentils. Did you know that?

マルThe sake rice and rice polishing ratio seem to have changed since last year's version. The sake rice is now Kitashizuku from Hokkaido, and the rice polishing ratio is now 50% Junmai Daiginjo. The sweet and juicy taste is still there, but a core and penetrating acidity has been added. It is a bit more expensive, but I prefer this year's version.

マルPurchased at my first liquor store where I wandered in. About 60% of the bottle is lees😳. The sake level was also negative. First, I took a sip of the supernatant. It was so sweet that I thought it was syrup. I think this is a bit too much 😥. Now I mix the lees in with the sake. The sweetness becomes clear and moderate, and the sourness and bitterness are pleasant. And it is thick and creamy. I definitely prefer it mixed in😍. I drank it all over 5 days, with a day off from drinking, and I liked it best on the first day. It seems to get sweeter day by day, maybe a little too sweet on the 5th day😅.

マルJust drank it recently and bought it again at the hanpukai 😆. Ishikawa sake, and it's delicious, so it's totally OK 🆗. I'm rather glad the liquor store chose this one for the hanpukai 😊. The third one is a souvenir that a junior colleague of mine bought for me when he went to support the disaster area as part of his duties. It is still very difficult and inconvenient to live there, but the infrastructure is being built little by little. I just pray that the people there can live in peace. My opinion on the taste of the sake is the same word for word as last time 🤣. It's delicious👍I hope you all enjoy it!

The entrée is miso tofu and duck roast (← this is due to Pon-chan's recent post 🤣) It tastes twice as good as usual because you can drink from noon 😊. Muscat type aroma, the sweetness slowly shows its face and then quickly sputters out. Delicious 😋. The soba noodles were also very tasty. Thanks for the food 🎵

マルJunmai Shiboritate from Shinmasa. I was lucky enough to get a lucky one 😊. I'm not sure if it's good luck that I got it or what 😄. Since I was so excited, I went all out and paired it with shabu-shabu 🍲. I'm a bit of an idiot and I don't have the vocabulary for it. I have a stupid tongue and a poor vocabulary, but you know what, it's the best. Delicious, the best👍. Luthertemi said "Once you open it, you won't be able to stop" and he's right 🤣. This is made from rice, so it reminds me again of the wide range of sake. It was a great dinner 🍶.

マルPurchased at Sakabayashi Sake Shop during a business trip to Okayama. Okayama Prefecture, the very home of peaches🍑. I opened the bottle expecting to smell peach aroma! ...and it was strawberry flavor 😆! The taste is heavily sweet, with a hint of sourness and a hint of bitterness. Sweet and heavy! Not bad, but I found it a bit sticky 😅. But 1,000 yen for a #4 bottle 😳 what a reasonable price ‼️ Awesome 👍

マルYasbaye gave me this😍. Thank you Yasbaye 🙇. After receiving it, I did some research and found out that it is a sake with quite a lot of drama 😳. Ogawa yeast isolated by Dr. Chikara Ogawa, his predecessor Mr. Koji Urasato who fell in love with it, and the current generation, Mr. Chikara Urasato who has the same name as Dr. Ogawa. It's like a big drama 😊. I enjoyed it while thinking about this history. The aroma is mild, with soft sweetness and gentle acidity. The bitter taste cut off at the end. I can see why everyone calls it a sports drink. It even feels like it might be good for your health 😁. I enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the food, Yasube-san 😋.

マルIt is an original product of Sakabayashi Sake Shop, which I stopped by on a business trip to Okayama. The bottle is reminiscent of a rainbow 🌈, symbolizing the sunny country of Okayama. The "TAKEO20 Project" aims to develop local specialty products using Omachi rice produced in Tatebe-cho. It seems that university students have researched the flavor that young people prefer😊. Fruity aroma and slowly sweetness, easy to approach for sure 😁.... ...but it's a little high at 17 degrees Celsius. I see, it's a tool to get young people into the swamp 🤣. Nice work 👍 I'm still a young man who finds this tasty? 🤣

マルTanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Sake Brewery sent Yamadanishiki from Itoshima and koji to Sengoku, Sengoku brewed the sake using the raw yeast method, and then brewed it again at Shiraito Sake Brewery. And the price is also amazing 😭 It has a mellow sweetness like grapes🍇 and ripe apples🍎 and a sourness unique to Sentori. It was a very tasty sake, easy to drink with a deep nostalgia. It was amazing when adults took it seriously, like something I longed for as a child 😁.

マルIt was a gift from a junior colleague at work. I received it last year and remember that it had quite a punchy 🤜 flavor. It has a faint smell of cemedine, and a somewhat chemical 🧪 atmosphere in the mouth, but it has a nice, clean taste that doesn't interfere with the meal 😊. It's only 3 days old and it's getting sweeter and tastier 🙌 I got it in a bottle, so I'm thinking of trying some heated sake with ✖️ on the back label 🧐.
