Off-line meeting in Sakai (Hou) with bring-your-own food presented by Umaumai-san Everyone has already posted, so please refer to that for details. As mentioned in bouken's review, I brought my own bottle, No.6 A-type, which I won even though I did not apply for the contest. The mysterious red bottle with a mark that looks like a mysterious organization. My expectations are exploding. ⤴︎ We drank a little bit of it and shared it with the participants. Sweet and sour like apricot. Very elegant. It's a raw sake, so it doesn't have much depth, but it tastes amazing 😋. The third picture shows the sake that everyone brought. All the sakes were delicious, some served cold, some heated 😊. I don't think I'll ever be able to experience drinking two glasses of Imi and Asahitaka alternately again. Thank you again, everyone, for the food 🙇.

Long time no see. First Asahi. Asahi is edible rice, isn't it? The rice is crisp and has large grains, so it is suitable for sake brewing. The rice riots in 2021 are calming down, but I don't like it when sake rice is diverted to edible rice, but I welcome it when the opposite is true 😊. Is it a characteristic of Asahi that the aroma is so subdued 🧐? I think it is a characteristic of Asahi 🧐 Once you take a sip, the deliciousness jumps up like a graph of quadratic function. It is as expected of Jikin. My wife, who drank it without knowing it was Jikin, said, "This is delicious. As usual, it's a great sake 🍶.

The Capuleti in my mind is CEL24. Gorgeous apple, pineapple-like aroma, fruity and deeply sweet. Rice juice 🍹. Yum 😋. I always wonder why they make such sweet and delicious sake in Kochi.

Moderate aroma, elegant sweetness, low acidity, medium bitterness, a little gas only after opening. I haven't had Tatenogawa for a long time, but it is as beautiful as ever. I still have a lot to learn about sake, but I have come to understand that the rice polishing ratio is not directly related to the taste. But I'm still happy with the sound of Junmai Daiginjo. It's as powerful as the characters "Daigouin Jyakki" (evil demon). But I wonder if the cleanliness of this sake would be better suited to Hien. Eh? Don't you know?

Everyone in Kansai is listing their offline meetings in order, but I haven't reached that point yet, so I'll list them in order 😆. I got a purchase order from Legend for Hoshizumi Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake 🍶. Bought one for myself as well. I thought I did a drunken job and looked at the label on the back 👀? Wasn't that a year ago? I did it... The kind legend said it was still OK. However, I had to taste it first... What is it? I don't know the original, so is it good? Is it old? Hmmm, my palate finds it tasty. I will leave the rest to the legend. It is a drinkable sake, bouken!

Is September fall? It's still hot, with a few days of heat waves 🥵. My first autumn sake of the year is Kangiku's Orange Sea. It's rare to find a Kangiku that is fire-brewed. It's been a while since I've tasted it, and I realized how delicious it is 😋. I read somewhere that it has the nuance of a ripe orange, and that is exactly what it was. It has sweetness and bitterness like orange peel. I know there are many ways to call it "hiyaoroshi" or "autumn sake," but I love autumn sake with a rounded flavor.

Hi Pon 😊 Sake has a seasonal feel to it unlike western sake 👍There are some beers called "autumn flavor" 🤣. I paired it with autumn swordfish and it was an explosion of umami 🤣✌️

I bought this sake at a liquor store I wandered by. It is a sake brewed with a first rice called Wakamizu. The aroma is mild, with a hint of muscat. The first sip has a unique sweetness like that of apricot curd, followed by a slightly strong bitterness. The bitterness is a bit too much for me, so I finish the bottle after only about one gou. The next day, the bitterness is gone and it tastes great 😊. Yay 🙌! I can drink it with ease👍

The frequency of bubblies is increasing, but the big winner of this summer (...is planned) is Hato Masamune🐦. It has a strong fizziness, sweetness first, followed by sourness, and a bitterness with a hint of cover. The overall balance is good, and you will never get tired of drinking it. I think it goes better with a full-bodied meal than a light meal. I paired it with okonomiyaki. Both were delicious 😋. I made too much dough, so I kept cooking okonomiyaki for 2 hours in a sticky state 🤣.

I just drank it the other day and immediately repeated it. It was not as shocking as the last time, but it was still delicious. It's very tasty, but this time I was cool about it, thinking that it would be perfect if it were a little less sweet. Mr. Matsumura is the master brewer.

Junmai Daiginjo spec active nigori sake. Although it is labeled "beware of explosion", it did not blow at all as it was well chilled. The supernatant is reminiscent of melon. There is also a slight powderiness. When mixed with the lees, the mouthfeel is silky and the gasiness and acidity are well balanced. It is dry but also sweet. At any rate, it could be a good substitute for 🍺‼️ 🧐.

I found it in the extremely cold refrigerated room of Yamanaka Sake Shop. I was curious about the Banjo Kotobuki that Wakata-san was drinking, so I bought it without a second thought. It was a sake brewery in Namie Town. I was so grateful to be able to drink sake, and I was so happy to have it. The sweetness was so refreshing that even I, who am not fond of kijoshu, could drink it in large gulps. The alcohol content of 7 degrees Celsius is the same as not having it at all 🤣. It was an instant kill 😊. Southern Tohoku, I'll definitely be going back ‼️

I bought this one along with the Super Royal Luk★. The foaming Sandesi is convenient because you can drink it up without worrying about it gassing out😊. Slightly sweet like melon🍈 before it ripens. Bitterness is a bit strong. Moamoisy effervescence. Delicious, but I think I prefer Super Royal Luk★. I thought it was amazing that sake could taste so different from the same tank.

I went to Yamanaka Sake Shop for the first time to buy some Oroku. The back of the store is a paradise😍but it was minus 5 degrees Celsius cold 🥶. I ran back to the entrance of the store in less than 5 minutes 🥶. Borrowed a down jacket and a flashlight from the store and off we went! I bought the 👑 Oroku without a hitch 🙌! It has a sharp sharpness with a firm rice sweetness. It's supposed to be dry, but it doesn't seem so. It's so good. I want to kick myself for choosing Sandesi a few hours ago 🤣. It was delicious.

No. 4 bottle of Hanamup. This is the second bottle after Junmai Ginjo Omachi. There is no doubt that both are delicious, but I prefer this one. The aroma is like white grapes, not quite muscat, and the sweetness. It has a moderate acidity and a distant bitter taste. I still love it. I savored it while thinking of my ancestors during Obon 😊.

I am in the middle of a very dry drink, but Mr. Hanamup🌸 helped me out. I think you all already know what I think of it without having to say what I think of it. It is sweet, delicious, and sinks in gradually. While the majority of Hanamup's sake is sold in 1 sho bottles, this precious 4-gou bottle is a must have. Whenever I see it, I buy it. I would buy it if they also sold 1 sho bottles. While I was drinking comfortably, a tragedy happened 😱. I knocked over the glass and spilled about 90cc. And on the absorbent rug... Oh ‼️ oh 😭" I was so distraught in front of my kids 🤣.

I received this sake with the word 😏 "spicy". It's not so much spicy...I can't taste any sweetness 😳. I was strangely impressed that they could cut the sweetness so much 🧐. It went well with sashimi. It was clean, so it was dry, which is a category I can drink too. It is my policy to drink up the first bottle of sake before moving on to the next one, unless I am comparing sake! I have a policy to drink up the bottle before going on to the next one, but no 😭. Help me - sweet sake! I reached for the sake cellar even though there was still some left 🤣.

Sake recommended at a liquor store. Beautifully labeled sake. He said it is a good sake for beginners🔰. Perfect fit😊. I opened the bottle as my next sake while I was enjoying a kimchi nabe with the rest of the Mimuro cedar. ...next thing I remember was the empty bottle lying on my desk 🤣. With a faint memory of how delicious it was. I will be careful with kimchi nabe. Spicy -> thirsty -> sake -> kimchi-nabe in search of snacks -> spicy...endless loop 😅.

A bottle from Sukumasa's July hanpukai. It's a price range that I can't easily buy...or afford. I think that is one of the interesting things about the hanpukai. The aroma is a little melon-like. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sour taste spreads. Almost no bitterness. I saw an article that said it was based on Dio Abita, but I like this one better than Dio Abita.

Good evening, Maru 😃. The price of Mokke Bodhi Hashi has been reviewed with the renewal and it is now more affordable than before. ☺️ This one is brewed with dewy leaf wind, which is now Nara's sake rice 😅I regret that I passed on it after worrying about it at Sukumasa.

Summer vacation family trip🚢. On the way to the ship, I bought Ishizuchi, a sake from Ehime, our destination, on sale. I had it with hiya. It was more smooth than I expected and I could taste the flavor of the rice. It was a great experience to look up the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from below, which is not something you get to do very often. Glamping on the Shimanami Kaido and visiting Dogo Onsen made for a very enjoyable summer vacation 🌻. I would have liked to visit a sake brewery, but oh well 😆.
