Slightly effervescent, with a slight fruity taste and a nice aftertaste, it is the perfect summer drink!
Very easy to drink, too much? It is a very easy-drinking sake.
It is said to be Yamagata Masamune's first low-alcohol brew.
The texture is silky and smooth.
Grape-like flavor with a soft aroma of rice.
Gentle sweetness.
Sourness with a refreshing feeling.
Slightly foamy and tingling.
Slight bitterness.
Like a breeze passing through the shade of a sunny summer tree.
Pure, refreshing, light and pleasant to drink.
Delicious!
4/5 stars for my favorite.

13% alcohol by volume, rice is Dewa Sanbai
Not much of the standing aroma can be smelled.
When you drink it, it has a slightly thick texture with a lot of gas. It has sweetness, but it is moderate compared to the image of low strength. The umami is also light. It is a bit like pear when it comes to fruit.
In a word, it is a little sweet, light and refreshing.
It fills the mouth with a fresh sweetness and bitterness with a sense of gas, and then disappears as if it were a lie.
I felt that dry snacks would be a better pairing than those with a lot of water. I wish I had some bone crackers, fins, or salami on hand.

The season of Ero Masamune has come again this year.
On a very hot day, this sake, which has no sweetness and is refreshing, is perfect. I was able to drink it in large gulps.
I am happy to have 3 consecutive holidays, but I can't help my tendency to work on my days off because I think, "I have to work 1.25 times harder next week because I have one less day to work💦.
Ane-san, good evening...that...that...that...that...that...that...that...that...that...that...that...that...summer junmai...the obi is in the way 😯....
This sake is made by a highly ambitious sake brewery that grows its own sake rice using terraced rice paddies that have been abandoned due to aging in Yamagata Prefecture.
The slight carbonation felt on the tip of the tongue and the light, dry taste make it perfect for summer.
It is best served chilled!
Home drinking.
Today is my day off from work.
This time, I chose a summery bottle of Yamagata Masamune Summer Junmai.
The aroma is not strong, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweet and spicy flavor, while it cuts through the palate cleanly.
It adds flavor to yakitori and sashimi and removes the stench.
It is a delicious food sake.
