One of the best I've had this yearup
Sourness Dis-Low Al is the best!
Rice used: Sake rice
Sake degree: -31
Rice polishing ratio: 70% / 60
Alcohol level: 12
Acidity: 3.2
Apple and wine-like aromas.
Soft texture, slightly gassy and tangy.
Youthful and soft rice flavor.
Lush fruitiness with a hint of melon and white grapes.
Modern taste,
Modern taste, but not too fruity as is often the case.
Taste: 3.5/5
Hara Sake Brewery's second product!
This one was also a gift!
This time it's a fresh stored sake... I was told to drink it cold, so I made sure it was nice and cold!
Well, what does it taste like?
Mmmm..! Sweet!
The sweetness comes in a flash, followed by a weak bitterness that finishes it off.
The aftertaste is slightly sweet, but it's not that sweet, and it's refreshing.
I got the impression from a certain manga that brewer's alcohol is not good, but it is tasty enough, and I can recommend it!
Drinking various brands of sake, I feel like I'm traveling around Japan with sake.
From Narita Airport, we watched a flying honu land at Narita Sakura no Yama Park, then went to sghr in Kujukuri🚙 and stopped at a liquor store before returning to the Nikko Hotel in Narita.
New sake made from 100% "Hazuki Minori" produced in Kashiwazaki and Kariba Village, one of the first harvested in Niigata Prefecture😊.
Toast to the feeling of freshly milled rice and freshly made gas, and to the eels we purchased on the approach to Mt. Narita 🥂.
Rice used: Hazuki Minori
Rice polishing ratio: 90% Sake degree: ±0 Acidity: - Amino acidity: - Alcohol level: 16
Rice used: 100% Hazuki Minori
Rice polishing ratio: 90
Alcohol content: 16%.
The label design is based on the "% (percent)" symbol, expressing the fact that this is an ultra-low-polishing sake with a "90% polishing ratio". The 90% milling ratio is almost the same as that of the white rice we usually eat for food.
When you drink it, you can taste the rich umami of the rice, the refreshing sweetness, and the fresh taste with a light and lively acidity!
New brew! Will this be the first one this year?
It is deliciously sweet, but has a robust feel because of the 90% rice polishing ratio! I wonder if it is because of that.
I feel something other than tanginess.
It has a classical feel with a strong sense of rice.
I wonder if the milling ratio has something to do with it.
Sake that has been lying in bed for 8 years at Icoma.
I bought it after drinking it at Stamp Bar.
It has quite a matured aroma but is sweet and delicious.
It is good as warmed sake or at room temperature 🤔.
I thought it was a bit similar to Zuisho Kuromatsu Kenrishi, the most expensive Kenrishi.
The gap from the most recent Koshinohomare 90YELLOW is amazing!
There's also a kind of Western sake-like atmosphere in the mouth.
It's so dense!
The sweetness of the wine, the drops of water that trickle down the glass, and the astringent or bitter aftertaste, like a chocolate rummy, are all very rich.
I tried it with a glass of wine, and it went well with it.
There is a little gas, and every time I open the bottle, it makes a "pop" sound.
The fourth day after opening the bottle, it was nice and rounded.
Sake purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA
I opened a bottle of this one which has a stronger flavor 😅.
I bought too much sake on Saturday and Sunday, so I wanted to reduce my stock 🙄.
Newly brewed sake with 90% polished rice made from very early rice called Hazukiminori!
It is punchy and thick with a strong umami flavor. It has a nice gasiness and moderate sweetness. There are also bitter citrus nuances like lemon and grapefruit.
A little like Raku no sei.
I thought it tasted like the opposite of Argo.
It's a messy taste, but it's still sweet after a few days, so it's pretty good.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌃
What can I say, I felt the world of Raku with a lot of flavor or complexity 🤔.
It seems that Mizushin Sake Shop near Kumegawa station had it in stock at the beginning of this month 😊.
It's near the storehouse of Yamori, isn't it?
Maybe I'll drop by when I have some business over there 🤔.
But how do you even know what liquor stores in Tokyo have in stock 😂.
Buuuuut do you stock all the way from Hyogo? It doesn't look like you stock such minor Kansai sake on your instagram 😂.
I like yakiton so I'll try it when I get settled down at work 🐖😂
It's certainly not on the Instagram 💦.
There's a guy who regularly holds events around Shibasaki station using Hyogo sake from a liquor store in my neighborhood, so please go check it out!
Search for "Kansai sake study group" 🥺.
I had a meeting to learn about Kansai's local sake.
I can't go to the sake meeting on 11/3 because of work😅.
But I'm glad I found a place where I can prep before I go on a sake brewery tour in Kansai.
Looks like Buchan doesn't have it all on his instagram 🤔.
Tasting and sale of Niigata's local sake from Kashiwazaki, Niigata.
The second sake was Koshinohomare 90YELLOW.
It is made with 100% Hazuki Minori and 90% polished rice.
I was curious about it when I saw it at Sake-no-wa.
It has a darker taste than Koshiji-no-Kenbai. It is also very tasty. I also bought this one: ☺️
Second bottle in the Kashiwazaki series🍶.
The first impression is a refreshing first impression with a gorgeous, fruity aroma. The taste is relatively sweet and gives you a sense of the deliciousness of rice. The second half is dry and has a long aftertaste.
Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑥
Koshinohomare, which you may not see very often
We drank
90YELLOW Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
90% rice polishing ratio! It has a punchy taste, but sweet and juicy 😋.
I thought Hazuki Minori rice is very rare.
It's a very early rice, so they can produce new rice and new sake at this time of the year!
Foamy Junmai Sake Awasshu
It doesn't have the pickle feeling sometimes found in this kind of sake and is normally easy to drink!
Junmai Niigata Namikyo
Delicious with a delicious umakuchi taste 😋.
Daiginjo-Unfiltered raw sake Niigata limited edition
Refreshing and gorgeous, but with a quiet assertiveness.
90YELLOW was out of stock when I arrived and the brewery didn't have it in stock. I bought it 😊.
Nemuchi-san was also a big fan of this sake 😁.
bouken, good evening 😁.
You drink a lot 😁😍
I drank a cold sake Koshi no Homare the other day at Izakaya 🏮 Akagakiya 👌I was reminded of it by bouken's post!
Poured in a bottle but no label!
Doshiri punch sweet and juicy 😁.
Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA (2)
Koshinohomare] booth.
I was curious about this booth, so I took a peek and found that two types of sake had been sold out since yesterday.
I was told that they would be replenished in the evening, but I was allowed to taste them.
Koshinohonor 90YELLOW Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake.
It was rich and punchy, but had a nice gentle flavor of rice on the palate.
Daiginjo-Unfiltered Nama-Shu Niigata Limited Edition
It was refreshing and refreshing, like a good sake, but I think I drank it in the wrong order.
The second time.
It was replenished surprisingly quickly.
Foamy Junmai Sake Awasshu.
It is a low alcohol, second fermentation in bottle, and is more like a lactic acid bacteria tasting, slightly effervescent juice than a rice champagne. Good for a toast.
Junmai Niigata Namemoto
Made from Koshinohomare's original daiginjo rice, "Koshigaraku".
It has a beautiful, slightly hard mouthfeel. The acidity is moderate, and it is mellow and delicious.
It seems to have been sold out after it was posted by X and others.
I wonder what kind of influential person posted it 🤔...
