I was passing by Ramen Shop Ushiku Shudo Branch in the evening, so I entered the restaurant like I was being sucked in 😂.

The sake is Hitogokochi from Nozomu, which I enjoyed last year... Hitogokochi is produced in Tochigi prefecture, so I can't deny that they are trying to steal Nagano's share, but anything is fine as long as it tastes good 🤣.
The aroma is Nemune + a little Delaware.
The sweetness and umami of the grape type spread softly in the mouth, and then the sourness and bitterness of the grefle type come at the same time and drown out the sweetness and umami.
The sourness is similar to that of Tenmei, and it goes very well with meat dishes 👌.
I am sure it will go well with back fat too 🤣.
And this sake also has a white label so it has 0 calories ‼️
