This was my first time drinking Haneya😃. It was a seasonal sake, and as it is a kasumi-shu, it was refreshing and easy to drink. The sweetness is moderate and the alcohol content is 14 degrees. It was so easy to drink that when I realized it was gone 🤣.

Hello Mr. Ponchan ❗️ I was lucky to be able to drink Haneya👍 Sorry to hear that it is sold out 😓. I guess it's seasonal so the sales period must be short. But I'm glad you have something to look forward to next year 😁.

The third sake in the drinking comparison This is Junmai sake. ❗️ As is typical of Niigata sake, it is light and dry. Compared to the first two brands. It's not as glamorous as it should be, but as a junmai sake, it was refreshing to drink. 😃. I drank it as a cold sake, but it might be good as a heated sake👍.

It was my personal favorite in this drinking set. Gorgeous, robust flavor. It tastes like an unfiltered raw sake 😁. I drank Eiko-Fuji for the first time, but the label is pink, so I thought it might be a bit 😳, but it is delicious. 👍 I'd like to try some of this brewery's standard sake😃.

One of the drinks I ordered from the set at a standing bar. The brand name is listed as Haruhi, but there is no brewery? On the back it was listed as a limited partnership in Chiba prefecture. 😳 I had no preconceived notions about the taste, but it was easy to drink and had a good aroma. It was also described as a Junmai Daiginjo ❗️👍 It was made with 20% Yamadanishiki and 80% Akaban Omachi, which is a good rice for sake. It tastes good, so I have no problem with it. I would like to know where and how it is made 🙄.
Japanese>English
アラジン
Good morning, Robin 😃. I don't mean to be rude, but Haruhi is a sake brewed in Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture by Shangiku Meikyu, a sake brewery that brews Sono Shangiku, etc. 🍶. It's hard to tell because they release seasonal sake one after another 😅.

We have just opened a bottle of Sakura Tofu, a limited edition sake for the Spring Kura Festival 😁. This sake is low priced and limited. I bought it last year, but I think the taste is a little different this year compared to last year 🙄 I will probably buy it again next year, so I will record it here. I think I will probably buy it again next year, so I will keep a record of it. My image of this year Weak aroma Alcoholic taste is weak Sourness It is a little dry but easy to drink. Junmai Ginjo with 17% alcohol by volume. Now I have a reason to go back next year🤣. I'm already looking forward to next year👍

This is a rare occurrence, so I would like to record it here. It was spring, but I went to Itano Brewery's brewery open house in the fall. It was a very nice and cozy brewery with a nice atmosphere. We tasted many different kinds of sake, but the highlight was the sake tasting contest (❗️). Naturally, it was free, so we took part. The rules were simple: you had to compare the sake in the numbered rows with the sake in the "Iroha" rows. You can challenge yourself by drinking several times, so the more you drink, the less you know 🤣. I would never spit it out in my mouth because it would be a waste👍. So, I finished enjoying the kurabiraki, and when I was at home later that day, I got a delivery, and when I opened it up, I was surprised to find a winner 😳! I was lucky 🎊 even if it was just a fluke. The taste of the Daiginjo was, needless to say, delicious, aromatic, light on the palate and easy to drink. Daiginjos are more expensive than jun-daijos because they require more time and effort, but we were lucky to be able to drink it. If you can make it, I highly recommend it. ❗️ By the way, there is also an all-you-can-pack sakekasu (sake lees) event. It's a great way to get a taste of sake 😁.

Hi Robin 😀 I admire you for winning the sake tasting competition so well 😇 I have a stupid tongue and I'm confident that I'm going to miss all of them 🤣. No matter what kind of sake I have, I can only comment on how good it tastes at the end 😅.

This is my first time drinking this URARA. I like this sake a lot too: ❗️ I thought it would be similar to cotton candy, but I could feel a solid sake. It is simply umakuchi type, with a strong taste and a nice aroma👍. Very easy to drink. 😃 I preferred this one in my opinion. I tend to choose by labels, but I wanted to try different ones without preconceived notions 😊.

For some reason, my feet moved on their own and I went to the usual place. This time, I chose this sake. From the label and name, it looks like a wine? It is so stylish that it could be mistaken for a wine 😊. Luckily, this was my first time to be in charge of opening the bottle. If you blow out the bottle, you will be fined! When you twist the cap with care, the ooze that has accumulated underneath rises up, and the rest mixes automatically and opens fully when it's in good condition👍. I was able to use my recent experience with HATADA☆SQUASH to my advantage and drink it without a fine 🤣. The alcohol content is light at 8%. The aroma is very nice, like muscat! The taste is refreshing and sweet, and at 8%, it is easy to drink. I would like a little more punch in my opinion, but it can be drunk as an aperitif or even for those who are weak drinkers👍.

I bought some sake from Kamikai-san at the time of the brewery opening 🍶. We only drove there to buy the sake that day so no tasting 😭. I was so worried because I had decided to buy one bottle from each brewery to buy from other breweries as well 😊. I decided to buy this one because it was a limited edition sake and because I like strong fizzy sake. Finally the day of drinking at home! I was told that the fermentation in the bottle was strong, so I opened it carefully and was right: ❗️ If I wasn't careful, it would have spilled out 🤣. The taste is refreshing, with just the right amount of acidity and sweetness that I liked. It was 500ml and it ran out quickly 😁.

This is a limited edition sake from Kitajima Sake Brewery, which I bought at the recent Kurabiraki event! Actually, I was in a hotel near Kitajima Sake Brewery, but was not able to do any tasting 💦 or rather, I missed the train and could not make it in time 😓 I stopped by the next day just to do some shopping, but I did not know what to buy and after much agonizing, I bought this. First of all, let's drink it and open the bottle: ❗️ It had a nice gassy feeling and was sweet on the palate. Then I looked at the label and found out that it is a dangerous sake, as it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized brew with a very high alcohol content of 20 😳 and is quite easy to drink in spite of that 🤣. Unfiltered Nama-Genshu ❗️20 degrees is dangerous! The person I drank it with is a weak drinker, so he drank it with soda, but he said it was delicious👍. Next year I'm going to sample and buy some 🤣.

I can imagine the junmai sake here must be delicious too! I am interested 😃. You need to be adventurous and not be limited by preconceived notions of what a sake should look like 👍.

I'll keep a record of it. I came across this sake when I visited Nara. I ordered it because it had a "Hyakugakumon" on the back? was attached to it, so I grabbed it and ordered it. 🤣 It is made from Omachi in Okayama prefecture. It tastes like an easy drinking Omachi 😁. The label is unusual, or rather, all the notations are written backwards 💦 so it's hard to read. I guess it's like looking at the gate from the back 👍.

Let me record this. I went to a brewery in Okinawa when I found out they had Okinawan sake. I went to the brewery in Okinawa because it was closed at an inopportune time, so I looked around for it and found that no stores around me had it 💦. When I was about to give up and go home in tears, I found it at the airport! 😊. I was informed that they had junmai sake, but all they had was brewed sake. One of the purposes of my trip to Okinawa was to buy some local sake, so I bought it anyway 💰 and drank it slowly when I got home. It tasted almost the same as the regular brewed sake 👍. Now I want to try Junmai sake if they have it 😃.
