I called to stop by after a petit offline meeting, but for some reason I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line, so I gave up. The next day I was treated like a drunk caller, so I decided to pay them a visit to apologize a bit: ❗️ The fridge was out of order and everything was at room temperature 🤣. Anyway, I ordered the kiriboshi that caught my eye. I thought it would be the usual samorosugi, but it was something else entirely 🙄 It was a sharp and dry sake, just like the name 🤣. I drank about half of it and thought it could be heated up too 👍.

Found some unopened sake at a petit offline meeting! I was a little curious about this sake because of its beautiful label😃. It's a little dry and tasty with a refreshing acidity. I didn't try it this time but it would go well with hot sake 🍶.

To thank you for the petit offline meeting, I scouted to see if there were any more drinks I couldn't drink: ❗️ There are still some unopened bottles, but I ordered Akabu, which I was curious about, and I'm glad it's a little cloudy 😁. The bottle was already open, but when I opened it, I heard the sound of gas. It's a bit fizzy and tastes twice as good 👍.

Osaka💦 which was surprisingly not buried in the map of Sake-no-wa. I was determined to drink it at the Sannomiya mini offline meeting, so I opened a brand new bottle and had it👍. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still as dry as Akizuka, and I've usually only tasted it chilled, but pyonpyon recommended that I have it hot 😁. The taste changed drastically and it became easier to drink at once and I felt the taste of Yamadanishiki. I preferred it hot 👍. I will try it at room temperature next time 🤣.

I ordered this sake because it was from Shiga but with a label I had never seen before 😃. The difference in taste between Shiga's Doukan and Nada's Chiyoda Kura is a matter of taste preference, but this sake has a more distinctive character among Doukan. The base was clean and clear, and I felt Doukan, but I wonder if it is an off-flavor? The aroma on the palate was unique, like an old, aged wine just out of storage. It was a little 💦. It was a little too much for me, but I thought afterwards that I could expect the aroma and taste to change if it were heated up 🤣.

It is a stable Eikoufuji. It's a good wine 😁. Fruity, fragrant and good. It smells clearly even if you just put it close to your mouth. The taste was easy to drink, as is typical of Eikoufuji, and it was very robust. It is my favorite 👍.

The best shwash of the year👍. I thought it was a goldfish from Kasumitsuru, but this was another sake 😃. It's the same Yamahai but somehow the taste seems different. Fruity, with a hint of sweet smell. The taste is like sake mixed with calpis soda, with low acidity. It is quite fizzy and low in alcohol content, so it disappears in an instant 🤣.

Banshu Isshu Ikkyo is different these days: ‼️ Easy to drink 🤣 The description said it smells like strawberries, but in my opinion it is muscat! The aroma stands out well and the fruity taste stands out 👍. The taste is also easy to drink with a slightly dry but delicious mouthfeel. The gasiness is nice and pleasant. It is the one that will be gone soon. I'm sure it will be gone soon 😁.

It's Nakano BC and I'm always amazed at the good work they do: ‼️ The ginjo aroma is wonderful👍It's a ginjo, not a daiginjo, but it's a pleasure for me to smell it so beautifully 😀. It's not too spicy and has a nice mouthfeel, so you can drink it easily. In addition, it has a gaseous taste and I'm glad I could drink it 😁.

I licked my lips thinking that the naming would be a sham because of the image of fresh, easy-drinking Harushika! Spicy ‼️ If you look closely, you'll see that it's 18 degrees, which is a convincing spec👍. I think this is a good choice for those who like dry and refreshing 😁.

I had a bottle of Yamaboshi Junmai Bakurai Dry. I licked the word "Bakurai"💦. It's really dry, almost like shochu 🤣. It is one of the best shochu I have ever had! The aroma is very alcoholic and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes dry 👍.

Tomikunishiki has a strong image of sweetness in my opinion, but this one is normal💦🤣. It was a delicious sake that can be tasted as a normal sake. It has a little malted rice aroma which is also good👍. It has a strong acidity, but it is very refreshing, so it was gone very quickly 🤣. It could be a little sweeter for my taste 😊.

I found Shugetsu at the tasting corner of Hankyu Sannomiya! I try not to look at the tasting corner at Hankyu on my way home from work because I always end up buying something, but for some reason I did 💦. I took all of the tasting and bought the following Nigori 👍 I saw the bottle on the table and it was bubbling and bubbling. I knew this was a buy and bought it immediately 😁. Opened the bottle, being careful not to spill it ❗️ Finished safely. Is the gas weak this year? It feels gassy, but it's okay. It's not very stimulating 🤣. It's a bit of a matte taste, but it's easy to drink because it tastes clean and has a good acidity 👍. It is nigori, but it was brewed in the style of Shudzuki. ❗️ I really wanted to buy Shugetsu for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, so I was thinking of going to buy it locally, but then I found it 😁. I'm glad I was able to buy it nearby 👍

I ran out of drinks, so I was rummaging around in the store when I found Kirakucho! I had been drinking only Yamatan Masamune from Shikoku over the New Year's holidays and wanted to try something different 💦. I was looking for something different to drink, so I decided I had to buy it! I was careful not to spill anything when I opened the bottle, but it didn't take long and the bottle opened without incident. It has a gassy feeling, but not too strong. The sweetness is moderate and the sourness and bitterness are a bit strong.

Hatsukimine Tsuru at Inada Shoten👍 I happened to be strolling around with my friends and found a nice restaurant ‼️ and it was packed with corner customers inside, so we decided to sit outside. The Yuyamanishiki is easy to drink with a pleasant mouthfeel, which I like. The members who do not drink much asked if they could drink Suitama, but it seemed to be a little darker than Suitama. I couldn't understand why they could drink Suiyu but not Kifotsuru 😁.

I was asked if there was any place for an after-party at a high school reunion, so I took them to Ajikan-ya. ❗️ We visited there last year, but this year the restaurant and name have been renewed, and everyone seemed to remember seeing the proprietress! We ordered a bottle of Banshu Ikkento's Millennium Wisteria. Banshu Ikkyo is known for its strong, punchy Yamahai sake, but this is something else: ‼️ It's not Banshu Issen anymore💦. It has a nice aroma and a lot of sweetness, so it's very easy to drink. Recently Banshu Issen has been releasing this kind of sake a lot, which is great for me as I have a larger repertoire, but it's going to be difficult to make a choice 😃.

Hi Robin 😀 I went to Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery last weekend and it seems that Sennen no Fuji is a locally distributed sake only 😀. I bought Kaede no Shizuku and Honjozo Nigori which are also locally distributed 😇.

I found this at a supermarket near where I was staying during an expedition to Shikoku. I was surprised to see a lineup of sake that I had never seen before in the Kansai region, and the prices were so cheap that I couldn't resist buying some! It was my first time to try Shimada Sake Brewery's sake. I was told that it was alky and super dry, so I decided to be a little defensive 😳. Pouring it into the glass, I smelled a slight sweet aroma: ⁉️ The first sip is spicy but light and completely light and dry👍. It was a refreshing saké that you could drink in small gulps 🤣.

Saito Sake Brewery, which we stopped by during our Shikoku expedition, is located along the main road in a cozy setting 😁 The sales office is connected to the office and is a typical old-established establishment. Unfortunately, the new sake was not yet available, but I got the most popular junmai ginjo here, a beautiful indigo-colored bottle that raised my expectations 😁. The Junmai Ginjo from Gotenzakura has a fruity aroma with a strong ginjo aroma that spreads as soon as the bottle is opened. It has a sweetness at first, followed by sourness, bitterness, and a strong overall taste. Overall, it is a very rich sake👍.
