It was a weekend of drinking to our fill, but we actually stopped by a place before drinking.
This is the reason why I was maxed out (laugh).
Asano Sake Shop in Sannomiya.
To our surprise, we were informed that President Okura of Okura Honke was coming to the store!
We arrived in front of the store. I arrived in front of the store and looked around the store under an umbrella. Then, I saw Mr. Okura wearing a hachimaki!
I entered the store with trepidation.
I had a chat with Mr. Okura.
Mr. Okura, I enjoyed watching your video. Now I want to go to Ekimaenomise at Gotodo Station!"
I was so nervous in front of him that the coins in my wallet were scattered on the floor...
I apologize to Mr. Okura for the 150 yen that I had to grope for....

I bought some sake at the store.
It is delicious. It is very good! The aroma is good, and the balance of acidity and sweetness/spiciness is excellent.
However, my own taste buds are not quite up to par.
It is difficult to tell the difference between No. 6 yeast and Aizan, for example.
I would like to devote myself to it.
I would like to try Okura-san's dolce and muddy sake! a79yrodThree kinds of drinks were compared. I think I liked it best because it was calm. 
ロビンI had never seen it before and that it is made by the Aburacho Brewery, so I asked for this one to drink as well 🤣.
Basically, the green bottle is made the same way, but the blue bottle seems to be made by Bozan Shorekiji
The blue bottle is made by Bodhiyama Shoryakuji.
We started with the 2022.
In a word, it is suitable for aperitifs.
Is it rich and old sake-like? Old sake? It is.
I had it cold, but it could be served on the rocks with ice.
I think it is easy to drink though. 👍
Next, 2023.
Very easy to drink compared to the 22 year, maybe the best of the bunch this time.
Taste-wise it is almost the same as 2022, but it was mellow and easy to drink.
Most refreshing.
Lastly, Bodhiyama Shorekiji.
It is the most drinkable and fruity, but it is also the darkest and has the best aroma 👍.
All of them are delicious but a little bit peculiar. It was a little bit peculiar 👍. boukenGood morning, Robin-san.

I am so happy to be able to drink 3 different kinds of SENKYO in one day 🤣.
First, Organic Naturale!
It is very fruity and sweet with a hint of sourness, so even weak drinkers can enjoy it.
Organic is also very popular among women and seems to be good for your health👍.
Kame-no-o
This is also fruity, but more sake-like than Naturale.
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness.

This one is also easy to drink because it's fruity, not too thick and refreshing with a nice sweetness and acidity.

It was the most refreshing!
I think it's light with a good amount of acidity
REGULUS
The balance of sourness and sweetness is the most wine-like. It is rich, but the sourness refreshes you.
Raku-fu-mai Junmai Ginjo
It is cloudy and has a good amount of sweetness.
I think it is my favorite out of all of them. It is still gassy and tangy.

You can find the sake you like right away, but it's hard to find a small amount 💦. まーこ9625It is a sake that comes closest to the expression "sake with dignity.
I thought it was best to drink it without any side dishes. まーこ9625It is a gentle and beautiful 😍sake. まーこ9625This sake goes perfectly with the seared mackerel we had at Asano Sake Shop.
It is a sake with a deep and delicious flavor.
It seems to sell well. まーこ9625Asano Sake Shop has a lineup of special-order sake, but these are the sake that we have been especially recommended. （It is a Halloween (Halloween 🎃 mark) sake.
