Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party ⑫ Here is a drink from the restaurant I haven't had Gikyou Haruha for a very long time. It has a beautiful taste, but the rice flavor and a little bit of richness. Not too sweet but not too spicy either. I think it's a perfect food sake 🤔. I think I forgot to drink the sake that I brought with me 😿. Oh, no? I was looking forward to Robin's sake but he didn't bring it 🤣. I was hoping he would buy it when he and Yoohee went to the liquor store in the morning 🤣. When I left the store, it was still 3pm and very bright 🤣. I asked my mom to take a photo of me 📸. I used my in-camera to get a good shot of myself 😸. We said goodbye to those who were leaving and went to the after-party with Robin, Yoohee, pyonpyon, Pon-chan, Yasube, Eiji, and Kan. It was rare to see Pon-chan at the second party, and it was also rare to see Yasubeyesan without Kaorin 😁. For some unknown reason, I couldn't order sake even though there was sake in the fridge, so I made a highball with 4L of whiskey that Robin-san kept 🤣. To be continued

bouken-san, good evening 😃Aun, the proprietress said she would serve all-you-can-drink sake, so I didn't bring any 🙇You all brought so much that I hardly drank any of the all-you-can-drink 🍶💦Next time let's do it endlessly from noon on 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Robin. So that was the reason 😳 excuse me💦. Well, I didn't drink the cash-on drinks either 😅. I would love to drink until the last minute at Aunden 😆.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (11) Sake brought by Umaisan. It was a gift from a sake brewer as a thank-you for participating in the Japanese Sake Festival as a staff member. Fruity, sweet, delicious, and a little spicy. It has both the flamboyance of daiginjo and the acidity of white malted rice. It's a collaboration product with Fist of the North Star, and if you buy it, it's going to cost you a pretty good price 🤔. I heard they also have Aizan in addition to the white malted rice.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party 10 Mama-san forgot to serve the sake! The sake that came out somewhat toward the end of the party! I thought it was a sake I didn't know, but it was from the Seven Crown Horse Brewery! A faint and elegant ginjo aroma The taste is clean and refreshing. Fruity in the first half but quite spicy in the second half I think some people were drinking this heated 😁. I haven't had it heated myself, but it's not a modern type of daiginjo, so I think it would go well heated 🤔.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃん
bouken, sorry to bother you so often 😊. I see that the last one, the heated one, was this one! It was easy to drink and very tasty 😋. bouken's review reminded me of many things and inspired me to write 🙏.

Pon-chan, thanks again 😁. I didn't drink it myself, but I heard a conversation about Daiginjo but heated up! I heard a conversation like that, so I guess this is it 🤔. I'm posting this in a hurry because I have to write something other than my impressions of the sake before I forget 🤣.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (9) I tried to drink one of the several bottles of sake that Mama offered me, saying that I should drink the half-full bottle left at the restaurant. I thought it was the first time to drink Junmai Ginjo, but I had already had it in the past😅. It's calm and serene, but gorgeously fruity. I think it's a good price for a classic 🤔.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party 8 Sake brought by Pon-chan. I know it's delicious, but I don't have a chance to drink it because there is no store near Mt. There is a store near Umeda that sells it, but they don't carry it all the time. It's sweet, fruity and juicy. It's right in the middle of my favorite. Enasan is delicious after all!

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (7) I brought my own sake. Rice is Gin no Yume. I bought it at a sake contest in October, and I was going to open it at the last minute, but I missed the timing and thought it might be for New Year's 😅. I thought it might be for New Year's 😅. It's sweet and tasty like a pineapple, but it has an astringent taste in the second half, so it's not a heavy sweet taste, but it's good! I think Yoohee said something about this astringency being good 🤔. Other CEL24s are too sweet. I took a picture of it for home drinking, but forgot to take it at the restaurant, so I borrowed a picture taken by Umaisan💦.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (6) Sake from the all-you-can-drink menu Cold sake. Quite a classic style! I thought it should be room temperature or heated. When I drank it before, I had the impression that it was a more beautiful sake, so I think it is the type of sake that changes completely depending on the temperature range. I'd like to try Kurehaaru's Tokugin and Daiginjo. On a side note, I was shocked to learn that the Yoshida Sake Brewery, which brews the same Ikeda sake, Midori-ichi, recently went out of business! I once bought a special honjozo sake, but I've never been able to find it at the Daimaru Peacock in Senri-Chuo, which is no longer there. I regret that I should have bought it. I regret that I should have bought it.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party ④ Sake brought by Yasube (1) He remembered that I had said I wanted to try Wada Ryutosui, so he brought it to me 🙏. He said he brought two kinds of sake to compare with different rice. Strong style. We were talking about how it doesn't look like Ueda's sake. The aroma is unique and interesting. Sweetness comes out as the temperature rises. I like it best at room temperature. Personally, I thought it was like Gifu's sake 🤔.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (3) Nabeshima brought by kan-san It's been a long time since I've had Nabeshima itself! Since I drank Summer Moon at a restaurant I went to with Nemuchi-san and Umai-san after last year's Japanese Sake Festival. Unlike Nabeshima, which gives the impression of being fruity and sweet, this sake has a calm and slightly sweet taste, but it's a little more light and dry than Nabeshima. I've heard people say it doesn't taste like Nabeshima, but maybe it's because it's labeled as a "classic" sake, or maybe it's because it's a mild food sake.

Kobe Off-line Meeting Digest We had a lot of Saga sake at the Osaka Monorail Saga Sake Event on Saturday, and on Sunday we attended the Kobe Off-line Meeting 😀. The restaurant had prepared quite a bit of all-you-can-drink, but all that caught my eye was the sake that everyone brought 🤣. We had so much Saga Sake the day before, and today I'm still eyeing the Saga Sake 😀. Sake that is hard to find, such as Nabeshima's Junmai Daiginjo and Mitsutake's Junmai Daiginjo, one after the other 😇! By the way, a member of Mitsutake's brewery was at the Osaka Monorail event 😀 I believe he volunteered at the Japanese Sake Fest. I was a volunteer at the Japanese Sake Festival, and I think Umaisan was in charge of the event, but the brewery owner came to greet me at the event 😇. I was surprised that they noticed me so well 🤣. Mitsutake-san only participates in the Autumn Sake Festival, but he is a very interesting person, so please come to next year's Autumn Sake Festival in Osaka 😀.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (2) This is the sake of the restaurant Tasake (rice wine) was included in the all-you-can-drink menu! It's been a long time since I drank it. I had the unopened bottle opened 😆. Was it this sweet? I thought. It felt like a clean apple-like sweetness 🍏. Everyone told me it tasted like this before😅. I've only had special junmai outside and only drank it a few days after opening, so I guess I don't know the original taste 🤔.

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party (1) The Kobe Off-line meeting was held on a smaller scale, but Robin wanted to hold a year-end party this time, so we asked her to hold it for us and it was a full house 🎊🥳. The participants were Mr. Robin Umaumai Umaumai Kyuzo-san Pon-chan Mr. Yoohee Mr. pyonpyon Mr. kan Yasube Kaorin Mr. Ofuji Mr. Ijji My 12 The party was held at Robin's favorite restaurant, Aun 🎉. You can bring your own drinks and drink as much as you want! Very early start at 12:30 in the afternoon 🤣. First up was Yoohee's sake, which he had announced in advance that he would bring pre-prepared sake! Yoohee-san drank a freshly opened bottle that he bought at a liquor store right before the year-end party. It was still fruity and sweet, but also a little bitter. Compared to other sake I've had in the past, this one seemed more mature. The photo of the food was taken by Pon-chan.

Second Rare Sake Drinking Party We got a pink label of Modified Nobukou. This one is also corked with a crown, so it's the one you drink up when you open it🤣. This sake is sweeter than the other one. It was super fizzy and had a hint of gas in it 💦 It's been about 3 years since it was made, so I guess it's to be expected, but I enjoyed a slightly different Shinsei. I really want to try it when it's fresh 😁.

There was a rare sake that we had 😊. I corked it with a crown so that I could drink it up once I opened it💦. It was a bit of a sipping experience, but there was not much of a schwirling sensation. It smells of rice and is very easy to drink due to its low alcohol content. As it approached room temperature, the sourness increased and it tasted different 😁.

I was drinking Koi Omachi thinking it was dark Omachi again 🤣. Actually, I'm not a fan of Omachi, but I was tired from work or ❗️ wanted something darker. It is actually very thick 👍. I had a bottle of spring sake in early summer 🤣. My image of Mitsui no Kotobuki is that it is rather classical and easy to drink. but this is something else 💦. I like this one, it's a little bit sweet and still has a fizziness to it. The taste is sweet, but not too sweet, and easy to drink. The aroma and taste remind me of flowers, typical of spring sake👍. We often see glass cups, but paper cups? I don't often see glass cups, but paper cups 💦 smell dangerous just by looking at them. The top lid is silver paper, so I don't know if some people drink it with a straw 🙄.
