I ordered it because I was caught by the name, which has no deep meaning.
I assumed from the label that it was Junmai, but it was Aru Soze 😁.
But I think it's a good product, easy to drink and refreshing.
It's not too bad, so even if you don't heat it up, it's still delicious👍. ロビンNiigata is a sake brewery in Nagaoka!
I used to go to Nagaoka for some reason, but somehow I missed it 😭
It tasted a little sweet and was a good time 👍.

This was a little strange experience, but I turned over the menu photo and drew Saku 😳I thought I would not order Saku since I often get Saku in many occasions, so I repeated the photo like playing cards and drew again and got Saku again, I thought no thanks, so I ordered the second glass of nigori directly 🤣.
After that, I drew again and again, but the "Saku" was the target at a very high rate. ❗️
I was defeated and decided to have the last one 😓.
Actually, it was my first time to have Saku hiyaoroshi, so I thought it was okay and drank it.
Delicious👍Basically the same taste.
It was my favorite of the day because it had a strong flavor but it went down easy 🤣.
By the way, when I checked in this time, I uploaded a picture of Tenmei and when I checked it, for some reason, it had a picture of the crop attached to it, so I was a bit nervous 💦. ロビンMy second drink of the day was a nigori sake from Kashiwa Dew 😁.
I was looking at the menu (photo) to see what to have next, and I saw that they had nigori sake! As a nigori lover, I didn't hesitate to order it 👍.
It reminded me of doburoku from my recent trip to Hida Takayama!
I wish I could go to the Dobrok Festival 🤣. ロビンWe were informed by the store that they had stocked a large amount of sake for a long time, so we decided to visit them!
We turned over the photos of the large quantity of sake and the first sake we saw was Tenmei 🤣.
It was the first Aki-agari of the season, and I was even more excited to see that it was a pure sake.

Katsuyama Style Orihime Bottle
I was told that I could compare seven bottles when I go to the usual place, so I ordered one 😆.
Katsuyama was probably my first time and I was the first, so I was lucky to have a freshly opened bottle 👍.
The sweet aroma gave me high expectations!
The fruity taste was nice and spread out when I drank it, and compared to Hikoboshi, this one seemed richer!
Next up👍 ロビンThere was a Taisho no Tsuru drink comparison, so I grabbed an order 💦.
In addition, this will be my first Taisho no Tsuru 😊.
The pink is Omachi, the black is Asahi, and the orange is the difference between the Omachi and Asahi rice used.
Masu is pink! It's not too much like Oumachi ‼️, it's very dry and sake-like, which is a classification I'm not good at, and one that people who are strong in sake prefer 😁.
Next is Kuro, Asahi, which is also spicy, but in a refreshing way. I could still go for this one.
Finally, orange, which is a win for omachi no matter how you look at it 🤣.
But it also has Asahi in it, so I guess it's easier to drink than pink 🙄.

It was an oddly cold day after the rain, so I asked for it hot 👍.
When I first tried this sake, I drank it cold, but it was dry and I wanted a little more sweetness, but when I saw that they stock it in cups during the winter, I ordered it hot and have been hooked ever since: ❗️
When I see this sake, I heat it up.
I warm it up in the microwave for a minute or so and it tastes better because it has more alcohol and a sweeter, mellower taste 😃.
It was cold that day so I ordered 2 glasses of sake 😁.

The mouthfeel is clean, the acidity is a little bit strong, and there is a bitter taste.
Overall, it is a well-balanced, easy-drinking sake, and has a summery feel to it.

I didn't expect it to have much sweetness😊. ロビンI was chasing two hares, so I drank two hares 🤣.
Ni-Rabbit was made with Dewa Sanzan, but I felt it was a little spicy.
It has some sweetness, but I think it is a sake with some complex flavor. 🙄.
I have never bought much sake from Dewa Tsannin, but I wonder if it is a characteristic of this sake rice? ロビンSince there were two different types of hikakami in the bottle, we decided to compare them 😁.
Both are made with Watafune No. 2 and Yamadaho, the parent of Yamada-Nishiki, and I tried to see if I could tell the difference in taste 💦 even though I have no sense of taste.

It tastes sweet and easy to drink. The taste is similar to Yamadanishiki, the aroma is like muscat that comes after drinking, sweet but refreshing.

I thought it might be close to Yamadanishiki because of the similar name, but it is a little dry and sweet, but less than Watafune No.2, it has a good acidity and is refreshing, and the fruity aroma comes after drinking too, maybe a banana type aroma?
Both of them are parents of Yamada-Nishiki, so they both have their own characteristics and are very tasty.

I've been to a lot of sake breweries in Shiga Prefecture, but this one was a no-brainer 💦.
It tasted gorgeous, not too sweet and easy to drink👍.

It's not spring sake, fizzy, sweet, but has a sake feel to it, more of a refreshing type of sake.

It was a seasonal sake, and as it is a kasumi-shu, it was refreshing and easy to drink.
The sweetness is moderate and the alcohol content is 14 degrees.

I thought it would be similar to cotton candy, but I could feel a solid sake.
It is simply umakuchi type, with a strong taste and a nice aroma👍.

When you twist the cap with care, the ooze that has accumulated underneath rises up, and the rest mixes automatically and opens fully when it's in good condition👍.
I was able to use my recent experience with HATADA☆SQUASH to my advantage and drink it without a fine 🤣.
The alcohol content is light at 8%.
The aroma is very nice, like muscat!
The taste is refreshing and sweet, and at 8%, it is easy to drink.
