The rice used is. Yume Issho from Fukuoka Prefecture Freshly pressed and unpasteurized sake, it has a fresh and crisp mouthfeel. It has a slight muscat-like sweetness and a refreshing finish. You can drink it like a soft drink. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes, but I think it is best served with yakiniku (grilled meat). I found it in the special section of the supermarket I sometimes visit. The pineapple aroma is pleasant, and you can enjoy the tingling sensation in your mouth.
