The third glass was a junmai sake from Kurume's Morinokura, served with the motsu nabe. I had it cold, but it could have been warmed up. A cosy sake.

Freshly squeezed 😁.
It has a nice, subdued sweetness and a light mouthfeel 😆.
Light mouthfeel😆
It has a refreshing aftertaste.
Delicious✨
It was delicious. Aroma of dried fruits, delicious aged flavor, quite sweet, and the exact opposite of the image on the label. Sake is better when it has been aged for a while, it is totally different. I would like to drink this bottle again.
It has a low acidity and a slippery entry. After the aroma of plums, iron taste, and richness in the throat, dryness spreads like a lingering aftertaste. A good balance of floral and full-bodied flavors.
New Year's limited edition bottle🍶.
I like that it's blue 🟦.
I offered the same sake to my relatives on New Year's and they drank most of it, so I could taste it slowly ✨.
It's so shwashy and delicious 😋.
