Lastly, I've always been curious about Morinokura's Tide: ❗️ I had it cold. I could feel the aroma of koji and the flavor of rice. This sake is good with hot sake. Hirupeko ordered it hot, which is correct 👍. We had quite a lot of sake, so we finished off the meal with octopus rice and sake lees soup. 🤣 I don't often go out on Saturday night, but there were a lot of people around Sannomiya. Good, good 😊.

The third drink was Tadashi. I drank this before, so I omit my impression. The aroma of koji is good! By the way, I'm feeling pretty good after drinking this much 🤣. The 4th drink is Artisan by Yamashiroya! Check in here: ❗️ It has a nice acidity, but also a touch of sweetness. Looking at the label, I found a mention of orikarami! However, it was almost transparent in the glass 🤣. I wish there was more orizumi involved! The fifth glass was Mimuro Cedar! I've had this one before, so I'll skip my thoughts on it! I ordered it because of the name, but forgot that it was dry 💦. Continue to the last

The second drink was Hitotsumatsu no Koi! This is also a summer sake. It was hot and warm during the day, so it was nice to have a refreshing summer sake. Do they serve this every year? I think I've had it before, but I've forgotten what it tastes like💦. Anyway, it was refreshing and a little sour. It was a wine or an apple, but it was easy to drink with a good mouthfeel. It was the kind of drink that you could drink all at once until this second glass 🤣. Continue to the 3rd glass

I attended the monthly Mizu, Sake meeting 😃. It was actually my first time to attend and I was excited! This is the only day you can drink 6 glasses of sake and enjoy whatever you want with one plate and rice for the end 👍. I thought I'd start with the more expensive sake, but I ordered the one I've never had before first: ❗️ First up was Akabu, I've never seen this label before, it's a beautiful design. It has a refreshing taste like a summer sake, a fruity aroma, and a good balance of acidity and sweetness, making it very easy to drink! It is a hit from the very first sip 😁. The second cup and onward will follow!

I was chasing two hares, so I drank two hares 🤣. Ni-Rabbit was made with Dewa Sanzan, but I felt it was a little spicy. It has some sweetness, but I think it is a sake with some complex flavor. 🙄. I have never bought much sake from Dewa Tsannin, but I wonder if it is a characteristic of this sake rice?

I bought some Kinryo at Kobe Hankyu and went home👍. I haven't had a Kinryo in a long time and I don't remember the last one 💦. Anyway, I had it for the first time. First of all, the aroma of koji (malted rice) wafted through the air and it looked delicious 🤤 even before I drank it. The sweetness spreads at first, but later it comes on strong and tasty. The overall taste is very strong, so I could not go for a big gulp. It's a 17 degree C sake, unfiltered junmai ginjo-nama sake 😁. I could go on the rocks with ice 👍

We compared the drinks of abe 😁. VEGA It was the most refreshing! I think it's light with a good amount of acidity REGULUS The balance of sourness and sweetness is the most wine-like. It is rich, but the sourness refreshes you. Raku-fu-mai Junmai Ginjo It is cloudy and has a good amount of sweetness. I think it is my favorite out of all of them. It is still gassy and tangy. I'd like to drink it right after opening the bottle😍.

Since there were two different types of hikakami in the bottle, we decided to compare them 😁. Both are made with Watafune No. 2 and Yamadaho, the parent of Yamada-Nishiki, and I tried to see if I could tell the difference in taste 💦 even though I have no sense of taste. Watafune No.2 It seems to be the paternal side of Yamada Nishiki ❗️ It tastes sweet and easy to drink. The taste is similar to Yamadanishiki, the aroma is like muscat that comes after drinking, sweet but refreshing. I like it. 🤤 Yamadaho It seems to be the mother of Yamada Nishiki: ❗️ I thought it might be close to Yamadanishiki because of the similar name, but it is a little dry and sweet, but less than Watafune No.2, it has a good acidity and is refreshing, and the fruity aroma comes after drinking too, maybe a banana type aroma? Both of them are parents of Yamada-Nishiki, so they both have their own characteristics and are very tasty. If blended, it could be a Yamadanishiki style 🤣.

I've had Nakashimaya before, but this is my first time ❗️ It's called "Petit Petit Kotobuki" and it's very petit 🤣. It's very much like Yamaguchi sake. Delicious, sweet and easy to drink, the taste was rich but also refreshing helped by the petit-puchi. I like Yamaguchi sake too 😍.

Good evening, Robin. The Sannomiya and Motomachi area has all kinds of great stores with a wide selection of sake that I would like to visit. I like the cozy atmosphere of Zui-san, too, just outside of Motomachi 🥰.

I know Jikin is delicious, but how about Omachi? The label is red, and I thought it would be a somewhat guttural type, but it is easy to drink👍. It is the Jikin I know, mellow and easy to drink with a good mouthfeel. I like the fact that it retains the Omachi feeling 😊. Not stuck in the past Not trapped in the past and not trapped in the future Just live the moment to the fullest. Mr. Touji's words are so familiar to me. ☺️

I've had Gassan before, but this label is new to me: ❗️ The image on the label conveys the freshness of the sake, but the feeling of the sake is just the same. It's refreshing, not too sweet, but it's somewhere in between spicy and easy to drink.

I'm a Kobe resident, but if I only drink Shiga sake, I feel bad for Nada sake💦. So I ordered a bottle of Nada's Senzuke ❗️ Senzuke Special Junmai is a refreshing sake. It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink, but I would have liked a little more sweetness than the Jun Dai 😳. It's been a while since I've been tempted to go to the brewery to buy some 🤣.

First time, this is Sentori👍. This is a delicious favorite sake. It is fruity, sweet type and easy to drink. Is this going to be a junmai ginjo? If it tastes this good, I want to try other Sentori 😁.

It's been a long time since I've had a Jyushiyo, and since it's hard to find, I saw it at the store and immediately placed an order. I ordered it immediately 😁. It is a ginjo-shu with alcohol added, but it doesn't smell like alcohol at all and is always delicious and aromatic👍.

I bought this nigori sake at the Kinkame Kura Festival! This is the sake that got me hooked on sake, and I haven't been able to buy it in a long time because the timing just hasn't been right. I heard that it is made after December, when the new rice is ready for brewing. This was the first time I attended the spring brewery festival and found nigori sake: ❗️ It is available in spring, not fall 😊. It is not junmai sake, but it is an easy to drink sake with a less sake-like taste. I tasted it at the Kura Matsuri and was disappointed that it was a bit gassy, but I have high hopes for the unopened nigori I brought back! When I opened the bottle, I poked the hole in the center of the cap with a toothpick and it blew out with a pusch ❗️. I was in a hurry, but it subsided after that and the bottle was safely opened 😁. It tastes great when it's freshly opened 👍! I love the feeling of gas and the tingling sensation on my tongue 😊.

I have just returned home from the opening of Kinkame Kura and will describe the rest of the story. Kinkame spring sake Delicious 😊 Great spring-like good aroma, more like a flowery aroma than a ginjo-shu aroma ❗️ The taste seems clean and easy to drink, a strong sake with a strong character😃. Nigori Sake It's the type I like to be careful when opening the bottle 😁. I drank it at the brewery and it was easy to drink with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. The one I drank at the brewery was less gassy, but the one I brought home had a very dangerous aroma 🤣. I will update separately when I open the bottle 😁. Barrel sake I have only seen it at the brewery, but you can drink it with a sake cup for 300 yen and refills after that for 100 yen! I personally don't like the strong barrel aroma, but it has a moderate aroma and is easy to drink with a good mouthfeel. 👍 I may order it again next time. 😁 Also, I don't have a picture. Asura I like the sake that has a strong personality with a strong sake feel, surprisingly 🤣. Junmai Daiginjo Aged Sake It tastes like an aged sake. It has little acidity, but I felt it had a strong alcohol taste. It is expensive, so it is a sake to be drunk little by little with care. That's all, I was too drunk to take pictures in the latter half of the day but it was a fun day. I was so drunk I couldn't take any pictures, but it was an enjoyable day.

I went to the Kinkame brewery opening: ❗️ Anyway, this time I focused on the differences in taste🤣I'm always so tongue-tied I can't tell! F20: Fruity and aromatic, the most floral in comparison! It has a slightly yellowish color. It's expensive, so you can't buy it very often. F30: The color is more transparent than F20, the taste is darker, the aroma is good, but it is more subdued than F20. Indigo 40 :normal tasty, good aroma. Tastes as good as F20 and F30, personally I like this one the best in total👍. Black 50 :like a dry version of 40, but easy to drink. This is another one I often buy personally😃. 60 :From here on, the aroma of rice becomes a little stronger, it's a ginjo but I think it's dry. 70:Maybe the hottest, it has a sake feel. 80 :This is the sweetest. In my opinion, it is the limit of sweetness and can be drunk without hesitation. 90 :It has a strong flavor, almost like an old sake, and is also sweet. We also tasted some more, so we will keep you posted 😃. By the way, I was lucky enough to win the 2nd prize in the rattleshooting 🎊. This is also a result of my love for Kinkame 🤣.

Nada's sake is famous for Fukuju. ❗️ Unlike the blue bottle, Junmai-shu is a sake with a strong sake character. It is an all-around sake, from cold to hot, and is positioned as a standard sake at Shu-shin-kan. It is a standard sake at Shu-shin-kan 😊.

Finally, we could raise a sake from Kobe 🤣. This is Kiku-Masamune's Hyakumoku Junmai Ginjo. It's a standard in the Hyakumoku series. It is one of the three brands of Nada sake I recommend in the series and I think it is fine👍. This is just my personal opinion 😁. Personally, I like unfiltered sake, I think Jungin and Daigin are generally accepted. Junmai Ginjo also has a nice aroma 😃.

This is another first for me 🤣. I mean, I'm drinking it on purpose. This drink is delicious👍 It has a good amount of gas and is sweet, but not too cloying. ❗️ I thought it would have a strong sake taste from the image on the label, but it's easy to drink. It's a good taste and I might like it 😁.
