It has a nice acidity, but also a touch of sweetness.
Looking at the label, I found a mention of orikarami!
However, it was almost transparent in the glass 🤣.
I wish there was more orizumi involved!
The fifth glass was Mimuro Cedar!

I ordered it because of the name, but forgot that it was dry 💦.
