I've seen a lot of Jyushiyo, but this is the first time I've seen this label.

This was also ordered at room temperature, this one was ordered hot from the start. The first sip was hiya, which was refreshing and easy to drink, but I think it would be easier to drink cold.
When I tried it again hot, it was a little more rounded and mellow, and the aroma wasn't too bad either 👍 ロビンI called to stop by after a petit offline meeting, but for some reason I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line, so I gave up. Anyway, I ordered the kiriboshi that caught my eye.
I thought it would be the usual samorosugi, but it was something else entirely 🙄 It was a sharp and dry sake, just like the name 🤣.
I drank about half of it and thought it could be heated up too 👍. ロビンI ordered this sake because it was from Shiga but with a label I had never seen before 😃.
The difference in taste between Shiga's Doukan and Nada's Chiyoda Kura is a matter of taste preference, but this sake has a more distinctive character among Doukan.
The base was clean and clear, and I felt Doukan, but I wonder if it is an off-flavor?
The aroma on the palate was unique, like an old, aged wine just out of storage. It was a little 💦.
It was a little too much for me, but I thought afterwards that I could expect the aroma and taste to change if it were heated up 🤣. ロビンI had a bottle of Yamaboshi Junmai Bakurai Dry.
I licked the word "Bakurai"💦.
It's really dry, almost like shochu 🤣.
It is one of the best shochu I have ever had!
The aroma is very alcoholic and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes dry 👍. ロビンIt's been a long time since I've had Isobojiman👍.
