I bought some Kinryo at Kobe Hankyu and went home👍. I haven't had a Kinryo in a long time and I don't remember the last one 💦. Anyway, I had it for the first time. First of all, the aroma of koji (malted rice) wafted through the air and it looked delicious 🤤 even before I drank it. The sweetness spreads at first, but later it comes on strong and tasty. The overall taste is very strong, so I could not go for a big gulp. It's a 17 degree C sake, unfiltered junmai ginjo-nama sake 😁. I could go on the rocks with ice 👍

When I dropped by Kobe Hankyu at the end of the year, I was about to pass by it because I didn't have any sake, but then I found this one! I love Tochigi again 😊. It's thin and cloudy. Fresh, clean, sweet and juicy. First time I've ever had a draft sake and it's so good. Even after drinking it again, it tastes like a refreshing apple.

Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The aroma is of aged aroma like Shaoxing wine. The hint of gunpowder-like aroma. I think it is clean and easy to drink for an aged wine. I thought it would be good to drink with fruits and sweets. The acidity is a nice accent. Perhaps because it is a daiginjo, it feels fruity even though it is an aged sake.

Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The top aroma is slightly woody. It is a type of sake that focuses on the umami of rice without being flashy or impactful. The spiciness in the latter half of the aroma is quite sharp. Overall, it tastes like Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), but I think I prefer the one made with Nojoho. I think it's quite dry among all the Shirasagi no Shirojo I've had so far. I should have bought the Hiyahiroshi that they brought to Takashimaya because it was actually a draft.... I remember the hiyaoroshi was easier to drink 🤔. I think it would be better if it was at room temperature, so it would have more acidity. It tastes better after a few more days. It has plum and creamy nuance.

Sake purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The rice is Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku. I thought it was my first time drinking this sake, but I've already had a similar sake with a different label. It's a sweet, sour, and bitter sake. The sourness has a nutty taste to it. It has a character that other sakes don't have. It doesn't feel as spicy as the +8 sake. The aftertaste is spicy and the nutty feeling lingers in the mouth for a long time. It is quite dry, but it has a unique charm.

旅の土産はカップ酒
We had a tasting at HYOGO SAKE EXPO Kobe Hankyu. It was a pity that there were not many customers on a weekday. The brewer explained that their name is known overseas like Otters. The tasting of Kasumitsuru was closed. We moved on to the Eaton's Corner and enjoyed sushi from Uoki. I forgot the rest (...;) From the brewer's description Special Junmai Akashitai 720ml Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15 Capacity 720ml Degree of sweetness/spiciness: Sweet/Hot/Hot How to drink: room temperature, lukewarm or hot (15-50℃) Product Description A well-balanced junmai-shu with a refreshing taste that allows you to enjoy the full flavor of the rice. It can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to lukewarm or hot, and is an enjoyable sake with different flavors. Storage Method Store in a cool, dark place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Moving from the HYOGO SAKE EXPO venue to the basement, I found Haneda Sake Brewery there, so I decided to have a tasting. I tasted the following Haneda Junmai Hiyaroshi-genshu Hatsuhinode Daiginjo (no photo) I don't remember the taste of hiyaoroshi... I have had Daiginjo in the past, but it was still delicious with a moderate ginjo aroma, like an excellent Daiginjo. When I told him about Daito, he said that he was the first customer today who knew about Daito. 😅It seems there are no sake stores in Hyogo that carry it 💦. That's all for now 🙏. What impressed me the most after tasting this time was Shirasagi-no-jo Daiginjo Bag-hanging Nama-zake Shugetsu Junmai Namaisake Ozeki Tamaki Kozutsuru 25°BLACK Sawanotsuru NADA88 Tajima Junmai Sake Sakura Masamune Yaki-iki Banshu Ikkyo Kaede no Shizuku The ones I didn't taste were Senzuke, Ryuriki, Yukihikoyama and Fukuju (regular products that are not sold by volume). I drink Senzuke and Yukihikoyama a lot... I hope Shirataka, Hakushika, Hakusetsu, Chiyodagura, and Okutanba will participate next time 🤗. Thank you, Nemuchi and pyonpyon 🙇.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023㉔ After leaving the booth of Banshu Issen, we went back to the governor who was at the Shirasagi Castle 😁. Nemuchi gave him some advice and I asked him for his recommendation of what he had drunk. After that, Nemuchi-san said, "I think I'll end up with Kenrishi". We tasted the following Mizuho Kuromatsu Kenrishi Nada no Nama Ippon I was glad to be able to taste Mizuho this time because I couldn't drink it at Takashimaya. It is rich and delicious. Nada no Nama Ippon is rumored to be a 10-year aged sake, and while the regular product is a blend, this is a single tank of Nama Ippon. I think 1980 yen is quite cheap for this spec. In fact, it seems that Kenrishi is the first to sell out of Nada Nama Ippon. It tastes like Shaoxing sake and is a little light brown in color. Like when I bought and drank it in the past, I thought it was not ready for me yet 🙄I need to be diligent... 🤔. I was also given a detailed explanation about Nandenno, a sake that is not commonly distributed by Kenrishi. It is a rare sake from Kenrishi that is sold without aging. I wonder if I can buy it if I go to Kato-shi? At this point, we said goodbye to Nemuchi and her friends and went around with Pyonpyon and the other Kenrishi girls. Then we went to the sake shop in the basement.... To be continued.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023㉓ Banshu Ikkyo is my personal favorite brand. I tasted many brands that I had never tried before 😋. I tasted the following Special Junmai Aki-agari Junmai Ginjo Kaede no Shizuku Banshu Issen Daiginjo Banshu Issen Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo Tamaki Cider Ron Ron Dry The expensive ones are naturally delicious, but Kaede no Shizuku left a strong impression with its sweetness and acidity. I have been curious about the cider for a long time, so I was glad to be able to try it this time. It has a natural and gentle sweetness. The sales person is a good-looking type of person, and once you see him, you will never forget him.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023㉒ I am Kiku-Masamune after all ♫ I tasted Hyakumoku Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumoku Junmai Ginjo Hyakumoku Alt.3 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Harazake (not pictured) Junmai barrel sake All of the Hyakumoku sake tasted very good, and Alt.3 was a blend of the two, which gave it a complex flavor. I think this is the first time I've had a junmai ginjo. I did not take a picture of the unfiltered sake because I brought it to the off-line meeting. I think the Junmai Barrel Sake is spicier than the Barrel Sake in the cup. But I would prefer this one if I drink it at home. While we were stopping by, the governor of Hyogo Prefecture made an appearance. Governor! I said, "Oh, thank you. He was like, "Oh, thanks.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 202321 For some reason, Tomikunishiki was in the last stage of the event. I don't drink much 😅. I tasted the following Junmai Daiginjo Zuifuku Celebration foam sparkling Junmai Tamaki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Nishikiaki no Harimaji Low alcohol Junmai Sake Fu. Junmai Daiginjyo Saku04BY Nama (tasting at another booth) Sparkling sake recommended by Mr. Nemuchi. It was delicious and tasted like champagne. Fu. is available at many places, so I was put off (I've had the raw one before), but it's still delicious! Saku seems to be a joint project of a young businessman, a young rice farmer, and Tomihisa Nishiki brewer. The hi-ire was out of stock, so I tasted only the draft. It is a good, sweet and tasty sake, but the price is out of my reach.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑳ Everyone's favorite dreaming sheep, Mr. Ozeki, is a familiar face at this year's HYOGO SAKE EXPO. We tasted Shin-Tanba Nigori Shin Tamba Junmai Number: Junmai Daiginjo-genshu The very best sweet sake Jiene-no-shu Tamaki Junmai-Ginjo Osakaya Junmai Daiginjo Jyu-danjikomi Junmai Daiginjo Dry Tamba nigori is spicy, just spicy. I think the Spicy Tamba Junmai was a little full-bodied. Number: is a sake with a serial number. I think it was sold at a local business supermarket, but I wondered if they could sell such an expensive one at a business supermarket 😅. I wondered😅. I've seen the very best sweet sake in the supermarket, but it was just plain good. The "ring" was the best of all the products from each brewery and one of the best of the current event. The Osakaya and Jyudan-shikkomi are very high class sakes. I'm not sure if I would choose to buy this class of sake if I had to.... From here on, I was joined by a mysterious Kembishi girl who came alone 😊. It's like an RPG party, isn't it? 🤣

It is often seen in supermarkets and mass merchandisers. It was my first time to drink it, and it was better than I expected. Whether you buy it or not is another matter... HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑱. Sawa~no-tsuru~ ♫ I don't see any commercials lately.... I think it was composed by Kida Taro 🤔. I have the impression that the person in charge of the major sake breweries is not very talkative, but Sawanotsuru-san's talk was light and enjoyable. I tasted the following NADA88 Junmai Daiginjo NADA88 Junmai Daiginjo SHUSHU Light Sake for the occasion Sometimes you want to get drunk on a night out. Junmai Daiginjo Zuizo Kimoto-san, a sake brewer who makes sake using the traditional sake yeast NADA88 is a collaboration project with Yanmar. I bought a similar sake a long time ago and it was very subtle, but this one was sweet and fruity and shockingly delicious. If I had stopped by Sawanotsuru on the first stop, I would have bought it, although it was quite expensive at 2,000 yen per batch 🤣. The three small bottles are sold in supermarkets, but they all have the same taste and are delicious. The "Sometimes I want to get drunk" is a casual label, but it has a high alcohol content, so be careful 😁. I've been interested in Kobe1717 for a long time, but I think I drank them in the wrong order...it was after NADA88, so it didn't make an impression on me. To sum it up, everything was delicious🤣Sawa-no-Tsuru is to be feared!

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑰. More major sake breweries will be exhibited from here. I recommended hakuturu branc, a rare sake, to the Nemuchis. Until recently, this sake was basically limited to restaurants and was not distributed. It has a wine-like flavor. I have had it in the past, so I didn't drink it this time. I tasted the following Super Special Yamadaho Junmai Daiginjo Shoun Junmai Daiginjo Hakutsuru-nishiki grown in-house Shoun Junmai Ginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki These are delicious without any complaints. They are the real sake of a major company. I wanted to try the original Hakutsuru-nishiki.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑯. Daikoku Masamune, which I have not been able to buy because of all the tastings. I am always sorry 🙇. I tasted the following Chiyogami Junmai Ginjo Benitenjo Junmai Ginjo (forgot to take a picture) I think I may have had something else, but I was too engrossed in the conversation to remember 🤣. Chiyogami is different from the Daikoku Masamune I've had, it's refreshing, slightly sweet, and easy to drink. They use Chiyogami for the labels, and all the labels are different. Benitenjo is a collaboration with Glass Mask? The label is drawn by Suzue Minouchi. The label was drawn by Suzue Minauchi. It was fruity and delicious. I was so absorbed in talking with the brewer that I forgot to take a picture of Benitenjo. I heard an unfortunate story here. Yamamoto Sake Brewery in Kuise has closed down... 😢. I think they closed at the end of September. The owner's son passed away a few years ago, and the mother and her daughter-in-law were running the business, but it was tough for them to continue. It's a shame, because the mother's warm service was very good.
