I'm a Kobe resident, but if I only drink Shiga sake, I feel bad for Nada sake💦.
So I ordered a bottle of Nada's Senzuke ❗️ Senzuke Special Junmai is a refreshing sake. It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink, but I would have liked a little more sweetness than the Jun Dai 😳.
It's been a while since I've been tempted to go to the brewery to buy some 🤣.

Izumi Sake Brewery is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so it's hard to buy sake at the brewery, but I think it tastes better if you buy it directly from the brewery 🤤.
