I was chasing two hares, so I drank two hares 🤣.
Ni-Rabbit was made with Dewa Sanzan, but I felt it was a little spicy.
It has some sweetness, but I think it is a sake with some complex flavor. 🙄.
I have never bought much sake from Dewa Tsannin, but I wonder if it is a characteristic of this sake rice?
