This time I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Hitogokochi light nigori and I'm going to enjoy it right away 🥂.
First of all, the aroma!
The aroma is soft and gorgeous!
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the gorgeous sweetness of the rice. The middle part has a refreshing acidity, and the latter half has a combination of astringency and a weak gaseous taste, which finishes off the taste.
