Amefall and Shunyo were opened 🎉. It's been a while since we've had a rainfall: ☺️ Shunyo, which was released this summer, is brewed from a sake rice called Shunyo, which is said to be quite habitual and difficult to handle 😓. It is said that this sake rice is quite peculiar and difficult to handle 😓 It has been talked about as being made into a delicious sake, so I bought this bottle thinking I would like to try it 🥰. I was curious to try this one 🥰 I opened the bottle to see what kind of habitual thing it was 🥂. First of all, the aroma! 😳I'm sure! It has a strong habit! It smells like grass 🌱 (not fresh herbs, but smelly leaves💦) When you put it in your mouth, again, strong habit! I've never had it before, but I wonder if it tastes like seedlings...? There is a gassy feeling from the second half, no pungency, etc. I think this habit is the taste of Shunyang's sake rice, but the taste of rice with this habit lingers in the aftertaste! I've never had a sake with such a habit 😅. Interesting 🤣 I realized that brewing with Shunyo is quite a challenge. This one is going to be a love it or hate it ☝️ The gassiness keeps it in perfect balance, but if it wasn't for the gassiness, I'd probably be lame🤷‍♀️... To use a culinary analogy, if you like ethnic food or habit-forming dishes like pak choi🌿, you might like it: ❣️ I also like quirky food, but Chun Yang is a strong man 💪 above the rest. Challenger wanted 🤣

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 🌞. Haruyo has some unique flavor 😊. I've had a few of them and I thought Koei Chrysanthemum Harujion was easier to drink because it has less of the peculiarities of Chunyang.

Hi, HinaHanaMama! With such high temperatures and no rain so far, just the word "rainfall" feels cool and refreshing 🤣. It is one of the brands that is very regrettable that there are no special dealers near me 😓.

Hi Hina Hana Mama 😃 Chunyang! Something about the label makes it look like moss 🧐I'm not a fan of peculiar aromatic types 😫 but I usually eat pak choi mixed in with my food 😅I might want to try something scary 😄

Good evening, Jive-san😄Thank you for your comment♪ Rain, it's not going to rain 💦I heard that rice harvest is not expected in my area 😳This means sake rice is in big trouble too ⁉️ I wonder if the sake industry will be in trouble next year 😭

Good evening, Pon-chan 😄Thank you for your comment♪ I've had a lot of sake, but I've never had such a strong habit 😆 Is it really a seedling? Rice? Rice seedlings? I hope you can experience it too 😅.
