We opened our first Gagakuyo and Tama Hibiki 🎉. Tenryo-Haii was talked about a while ago, and I have the impression that the young master brewer is getting better and better at what he does and is releasing new products one after another 😆. I have the impression that the young master brewer is improving his skills and releasing new products one after another 😆. I had a chance to drink it at home this time. The first Gagakuyo is a direct pumping of Tama Hibiki ❣️ I'll have it right away 🥂. First, the aroma! Fresh and gorgeous aroma! The palate is smooth and smooth with a moderate sweetness. The second half has a moderate gasiness, with a strong astringency and a slight pungency. There is a lingering sense of alcohol on the back palate. I see what you mean 🧐. It has a firm taste for its 14.5% alcohol content. It has a freshness that can only come from direct pumping, but the sweetness is subdued and the taste is quite dry. The spiciness gets stronger with each sip and low speed💦. This is delicious when paired well with a meal ☝️ and is suited for a mealtime sake, not on its own ☺️ I think it's a little hard to drink in summer because it's dry and heavy on the palate with no acidity 🍶. Maybe I would like to drink it in fall or winter with nabe🍲! Maybe I shouldn't have chosen it in this heat wave 🤣. The water quality unique to Sado seems unique and I wanted to try something else 🥰.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama🌞I've been curious about Garakudai, but I haven't tasted it yet😅I'm hesitant to try it because it's billed as a new light, dry 💦but I'm curious, so I want to ask the liquor store if they have a sweeter version and try it 🤤.

Good morning, Hinahana mama 😃. I often see Garakudai but I haven't tasted it 😅I was under the impression that the label looked sweet but it is a dry sake 🍶It is interesting to know that it is from Sado, Niigata and has a unique water quality ✨.

Hi Nao888😃Thank you for your comment. Sado has an image of light and dry 😆I think Tenryo sake is one of the most modern ones among them... 💦I guess I needed to do a little more research 😅.

Hello ichiro18😃Thanks for your comment 😃Thanks for your comment 😅Tama Hibiki wasn't dry but it was dry 😅It didn't stick in my mind 💧but it looks like it has both Gagakuyo and sweet and sour, so I'll be a bit more adventurous 🥰.

Hi, HinaHanaMama 😃. I think Masayo's Tama Hibiki is dry and suitable for a food sake 📝_φ(____...) I also got the impression that it has a sweet taste among Niigata sake 🤗.

Good evening, Hina Hana Mama 😃. Oh.......! We are Masayo-san and it was your first time to visit ‼️ 🎉We all thought it was very tasty 😋 but we haven't tried Tama Hibiki yet 🥲. I'm sure Masayo-san has a lot of faces, but I have a feeling that Hiyori might be a good one 😙.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌝. Congratulations on your first Garakudai 🎊 It's a sweet but still light and dry sake, which is a characteristic of Niigata 🤔. It is certainly a perfect match for fish nabe when it gets a little colder 🍲.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌛! Congratulations on your first "Gagakuyo" 🎉! I think Niigata is still the kingdom of light and dry 🤔. How about pairing it with chilled tofu with thick soymilk?

Good morning, Jive 😃. Thank you for your comment...Abe and Murayu are indeed sweet, and my guess, Takachiyo is full of sweet and sour, so I guess it doesn't mean that Niigata as a whole is light and dry 🤣Soy milk thickened cold tofu might be good 🥰.

Hina Hana Mama Good morning! I've never seen Masayo before 🤩I wonder if it's a limited edition sake 🤔What I admire about HinaHanaMama's repot is that she writes about the quality of the water! I don't understand it at all 🤣 great!
